From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

הוילה מתאימה למי שמחפש חוויה רגועה, שקטה ונעימה. כמויות עצי הזית והקרבה לים סיפקו חוויה יוונית מושלמת. הבית ממוקם מושלם, 20 דקות מהעיר הגדולה אבל מספיק רחוק כדי להתנתק מהרעש ולהנות משקט. בבית יש את כל מה שצריך כדי לקיים אורח חיים נוח וטעים :) מטבח מאובזר, מצעים, מגבות, משחקים לילדים, ערסלים, בריכה כמובןןןן, מזרני יוגה ועוד שלל פינוקים שרואים שחשבו עליהם היטב. עיצוב מהמם ונוח. בשטח שמסביב לבית יש חלום של עצי פרי, זיתים, קלמנטינות, תאנה, חבושים, שיח בזיליקום קטן ומפנק, ורדים יפיפיים ועוד.. תענוג.

קשה לתאר במילים את החיבור שהיה לנו לבית ולמארחת הנפלאה הזו במבנה היסטורי אך שמור בצורה נהדרת על צלע הר שוכן ארמון לתפארת עם חצר מדהימה ומטופחת, בריכה מפנקת ונעימה ושולחנות לארוחה עם בריזה ונוף מדהים למפרץ. כל החדרים מאובזרים וממוזגים והמטבח פונקציונלי להפליא איריני ולנה מארחות למופת, כל הזמן היו בקשר ודאגו לנו. אפילו כאשר נקלענו לסיטואציה לא נעימה כאשר המזוודות לא הגיעו, איריני נטלה פיקוד, שוחחה עם נציגת השילוח היווניה ומסרה לה את הפרטים שלה כדי שתהיה בקשר לוודא שהמזוודות יגיעו. ההמלצות של איריני היו מדויקות ויעילות מאוד ונוצר חיבור רגשי שגרם לנו ישר להתגעגע. המקום מומלץ מאוד בכפר היפה ביותר בפיליון ואין מה לחפש במקום אחר!!

זאת חתיכת גן עדן וחוף מושלם והשכנים שחולקים את החוף חמודים מאוד. הרגשנו ברי מזל להיות במקום

Thank you Marios for a great hospitality. The house is amazing. It is beautiful from the inside and the outside. The view is marvelous and the pool is so amazing. We had the quite private vacation we wished for and more. The communication was very easy and we felt very welcome. I would definitely want to come back again. Thank you again

The house was beautiful and clean. Very quiet and private place. The road up the mountain was a bit difficult for the car but managable. After you park the car you have to walk up the mountain for a few minutes. We had a great time. highly recommended.

Guntram’s house in Pelion is an absolute gem. It has been lovingly restored over 20 years with both a respect for the building’s history and a focus on creating a superb modern living space. We loved our stay.

The accommodation was perfect. Lost of firewood perfect place for winter! Great communication with the host. We will definitely return.

Πολυ όμορφος χωρος ,ζεστος . Ωραια τοποθεσία με καταπλικτικη θεα , ησυχο μερος για ξεκούραση. Νιωσαμε σαν το σπιτι μας . θα επιστρέψουμε

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

היה לנו לעונג להתארח בוילה המקסימה. התארחנו שתי משפחות חברים הבית היה מרווח, מצוחצח להפליא, לא היה חסר דבר. המטבח מלא באביזרים שימושיים לבישול. רואים שהייתה חשיבה על כל הפרטים הקטנים. היו מגבות בשפע, המצעים היו נקיים והריחו נפלא. נוף מדהים לים ולכפר. קיבלנו המון המלצות מעולות לגבי הסביבה, מסעדות וחופים טובים. נמליץ בחום לכל מי שיגיע לאיזור להתארח בוילה המדהימה הזו. נשאר לנו טעם של עוד, בוודאי נחזור שוב.

Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

Lovely property right on the beach in Agios Ioannis. Everything as per the listing. Great big balcony overlooking the sea with beautiful sunrises and great for people watching in the evening. Bedrooms nice clean and comfortable. Kitchen ideal for a short stay with everything you need. A great place for families as 30 seconds to the beach and back again (if you forget anything like books / sunglasses) and for a stunning beach - Plaka beach is a 10-15 minute walk (have to traverse a few rocks) and well worth the effort. George was super helpful throughout the entire stay (and lots of communication in advance), always answering questions super quickly and nothing seemed to much trouble. Great to have such George and his family on hand to provide tips and suggestions as well. Highly recommend and I'd be back tomorrow if I could!

Bel endroit près de la mer avec de beaux restaurants, et malgré le fait qu’on est proche du centre de la ville, c’était très tranquille. La terrasse est très belle .Je le recommande.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location just a short walk to the beach, made it incredibly easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The area is also surrounded by nice little restaurants and a small convenient store (with some fresh fruits and veggies), so finding something to eat was never a problem. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The village is quiet and not noisy at all at night. Another highlight was the owner. Incredibly kind, attentive, and ensure we had everything we needed... making our trip even more enjoyable.

Πανέμορφος και ζεστός χώρος. Από την αρχή νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου. Σε καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία και αρκετά κοντά στον περιφερειακό που σου δίνει εύκολη πρόσβαση στο Πήλιο, στις παραλιακές περιοχές καθώς και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Anastasia and her mother Ana were very respectful. The house is fully equipped and we had everything we needed to have a great time. Anastasia's mother was very friendly and welcomed us with a delicious homemade jam and a bottle of wine. Everything was clean, organized and the house manual had everything we needed to spend our vacation. We had a problem with our daughter, and we had to take her to the hospital. Anastasia was quick to provide us with the best option, which saved us a lot of time that we would likely spend looking. We were really made very welcome and supported by Anastasia and her mother. The only regret is regarding the outdoor grill, which was not working. Despite that, it was all perfect.

Do not hesitate to book this place if you want an excellent location from which to explore the Pelion peninsula! We stayed with our three kids, 1, 4, and 7 for a month at Alexia’s place and had everything we needed inside the house. The backyard view of the sea and outdoor seating was amazing…we had breakfast outside every morning. The advice and hospitality we received from Alexia was wonderful. Tsagarada has plenty of beautiful beaches nearby (Plaka and Mylopotamos were our favourites), good restaurants, a grocery store 5 min away, and beautiful town square with a playground also 5 min away. Walking trails intersect the whole area. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would love to be back again anytime…maybe tomorrow?! 😉

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Georgios. C'est une belle maison, bien située. Nous n'avons pas pu rencontré Georgios car il n'était pas là mais il était très réactif pour répondre aux messages ainsi que Lena qui gère le logement en l'absence des propriétaires. Je conseille ce logement.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr ruhig und alles wie beschrieben. Es gibt einen riesigen Außenbereich und wir konnten drinnen ein wenig heizen, als es kühler wurde. Ein paar Meter zu Fuß weg, konnten wir gut das Auto parken. Die Waschmaschine war für uns auch sehr praktisch. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Superbe séjour en famille dans une belle maison avec vue imprenable sur mer. Proche de la plage Saranta. Très agréable de se promener le long de la plage et de se baigner avant l’arrivée des touristes. La route pour arriver au parking de la maison est très pentue et glissante. S’organiser en fonction. Mieux de se garer dans les hauteurs pour éviter stress sortie et entrée dans le parking de la maison. Maison avec balcon est très agréable. Petit déjeuner sur terrasse à l’entrée pour bénéficier fraîcheur du matin. Bref à recommander pour profiter du nord du Pelion … merci Aris pour ton hospitalité.

This is a great place! I really regret that I was there in winter season so I was not able to use the court yard (it was a bit cold for me). When is warmer you can sit outside under the lemon tree and having a breakfast. The place is in very quite place but close to Volos downtown. The closest mini store is just on the other-side of street. The larger store is 6min walk where you can buy anything what you need for your stay. And very good Tsipouradiko is just 3 minutes. I really recommend this place.

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!
