Quiet apartment near the sea

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the beautiful beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. There is a huge terrace immersed in greenery with a bbq at your disposal. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για ζευγάρια ή παρέα δύο ατόμων, όπου θέλουν να περάσουν τις διακοπές τους ξέγνοιαστα. Η θέα είναι απλά μοναδική καθώς το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο υψηλότερο σημείο του λιμανιού στο κέντρο του νησιού. Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

The building was once part of the Byzantine Castle of Alonissos. In the early 19th century it was the island's first Post Office, and later the first ever café on Alonissos. All woodwork (furniture, floors etc) is handmade with solid oak tree wood and the décor is elegant and rustic.
