Dobro dosli u nas veoma prostran i komforan apartman pogodan za smeštaj do pet osoba .Apartman ima 80 m2 i idealan je za odmor bilo da dolazite turisticki ili poslovno.Nalazimo se u mirnom delu Beograda na 4 km od centra grada i svega pet minuta hoda do gradskog prevoza.Poseduje privatan parking obezbedjen kamerama.Apartman je uredjen tako da gostima pruzi osecaj udobnosti,mira i privatnosti.Trudimo se da svaki gost ima prijatan boravak i da iz naseg apartmana ponese najlepse utiske.

It is minutes away from the center of the city and most famous places in Belgrade like Knez Mihajlova Street, Kalemegdan and Republic Square. Many Belgrade's cultural and historical heritage monuments are situated within 1km from the House. Also very close are famous Belgrade night clubs and bohemian quarter(Skadarska Street). The apartment was recently renovated and equipped with comfortable furniture.

Kućica is old but renovated house from 60s. In front of house there is parking lot, and old apricot tree. House is climatized during summer and winter time. Street is peaceful and quiet. One free parking spot is available during your stay.
