Uz to smještaj ima parking odmah uz kuću, kuhinju, wc, 2 terase, klima uređaj, wi-fi, pećnicu, mikrovalnu pećnicu,perilicu suđa. Dovoljno blizu centra i mora 250m, do prvih plaža uokolo Vrboske od 700-2000m, većina lako dostupnih pješke, autom a idealno za bicikliranje. Na cijelom otoku postoji samo jedan semafor koji vodi kroz tunel na južnu stranu otoka Hvara (sv. Nedilja i Zavala).
