Prednosti lokacije su mir, prirodne ljepote i autentičnost, a sve to nedaleko od središta općine Jelsa, mora i plaža smještenih na sjevernoj i južnoj strani otoka Hvara. Osim atraktivne lokacije i novouređenih prostranih prostorija, Vila ima brojne sadržaje - ultra brzi Starlink internet, HD kućno kino, bazen, vrt... Pobjegnite od svega i boravite pod zvijezdama. Novo uređena kamena kuća se nalazi na osami u prirodi okružena maslinama u blizini naselja Rudina i na udaljenosti od 1 KM od grada Staroga Grada. Grad Stari Grad je vrlo blizu i sve što vam treba možete tamo nabaviti. U gradu imate dva marketa, tržnicu, ljekarnu ... U sklopu objekta gostima je na raspolaganju okućnica površine 2000 m2 s grijanim bazenom, roštiljem i vrtom. Besplatan Wi Fi, Netflix (TV u svim prostorijama), parking u sklopu objekta.

Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. It is easy to get to by ferry from Split and Dubrovnik. I can promise you a truly memorable vacation. David

Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz.
