Studio is brand new, fully renovated and equipped with new and quality furniture. Special attention was paid to the comfort of the bed. The apartment (44m2) consists of large open plan living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, large bathroom, bedroom with king size bed and large private terrace. Free WI-FI, several international TV channels, air conditioning.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

Apartment located 10m from the main Carera street, 100m from the main promenade by the sea where there are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, galleries, boats .. 5 minutes from the church of Sv. Euphemia. The nearest beach in a beautiful pine forest is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
