At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

Wir haben zu zweit fünf Tage auf Lipari verbracht und dank dieser schönen Unterkunft die beste Startposition für Tagesausflüge zu den benachbarten Inseln gehabt. Nur wenige Fußminuten sind es zum Anleger, von dem die Boote starten. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick und auch die Küche ist geräumig. Es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Die Kommunikation lief bestens, wir wurden persönlich empfangen und haben noch viele Tips einhalten. Nicht weit sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Quasi vor dem Haus ist ein großer Gemüsehändler, der aber auch viele Lebensmittel hat. Wir hoffen, bald einmal wieder zukommen und möchten Concetta und Giovanni noch einmal herzlichen danken für die schöne Zeit!

De locatie is ideaal, om zowel Lipari te verkennen, om de pond te nemen naar een van de andere eilanden of om 's avonds een wandeling te maken naar de vele restaurantjes en barretjes. Alles is in het appartement aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf en ondanks dat het aan de weg ligt stoort het verkeer niet, maar hoor je 's nachts wel het geluid van de zee.

Both the location is the flat were great! We had a rooftop terrace with a view on the sea and the flat was exactly as described (better looking even than on the pictures). Francesco welcomed us straight at the ferry port in Lipari and helped us to find the bus to Canetto (which by the way is a very convenient service with frequent shuttles back and forth). He showed us around the flat, informed us about the neighborhood and offered to show us around the island if we'd wanted to. Best feature of the place is probably that it's 50 meters from the beach literally! Also there's a supermarket very close which makes it convenient to cook when we did not want to eat out. All in all a great experience in the aeolian islands!

We spent 3 great nights in the apartment for our honeymoon. The place had essentials in the fridge and snacks on arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is great and has everything that you would ever need for a couple of days enjoying the beach it’s only a few minutes walk from Spiaggia Bianchi. The balcony is huge. I’m not sure if it’s completely private but no one else ever came up there but only on our level and was amazing. Has a restaurant directly below and a supermarket 50 m away to get to Lipiri. It’s an easy bus ride or a taxi but we caught the bus every time as it’s very cheap. That is the one bad thing about is that it is a little isolated and a 15 min bus to Lipiri where all the nice restaurants and shopping is. The apartment is located up a hill, which is quite steep and about 40 steps up into the apartment, but he’s very close bus drop off

The house is beautifully secluded, just two minutes away from a private lovely beach with turquoise waters, hidden between pine trees with the sound of crickets in the background... Who could ask for anything more! This is the prefect place to get away from it all, completely submerged in nature in a beautiful typical Eolien Villa. The house is well equipped and our hosts were always available, extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us wonderful insider tips to discover the island (although we could have stayed in the house our entire vacation). Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've been to, we can't wait to return!

Appartement extraordinaire, extrêmement bien situé à quelques pas de tout et surtout sur la plage. Tout était parfait, dans ce logement le temps s’arrête et vous vous sentez comme chez vous, les voisins sont extrêmement sympathiques vous vous sentez en famille. La terrasse est époustouflante avec une vue incroyable, vous pouvez apercevoir Stromboli fumant au loin. La douche extérieure est un vrai plus. Je tenais à remercier l’hôte pour l’accueil et à Marco qui a rendu le séjour encore plus incroyable. Je vous recommande fortement ce logement si vous voulez passer un moment hors du temps et vous reposer.

This was easily the best airbnb we’ve stayed at anywhere. It really felt like a home. It was so clean and so comfortable. The view is breathtaking and it’s such an easy walk into the piazza and greater town. Beatrice was such an amazing host. We had issues with our boat being canceled out of Palermo and she helped us get to another city to catch the boat, find long term parking and met us at the dock on arrival. She checked in to make sure everything was to our liking and just to make sure we were okay. Cannot recommend more.

La Casa sul Porto, in ottobre, ti accoglie nel silenzio della natura e con una visuale meravigliosa sul mare e l'occhio spazia fino a Stromboli e Panarea... cenare a lume di candela nel patio ha un fascino e l'atmosfera è veramente magica! Gli interni sono curati e puliti. Anche la scelta dei colori (soprattutto della cucina e della stanza al primo piano) è molto azzeccata e marittima. Ci auguriamo di poter ritornare e di rimanere più tempo! Martina e Clara

Sono stata a Salina una settimana a fine settembre La casa di Carla e un luogo splendido affacciato sul mare. L' appartamento è arredato con molto gusto inserito in un giardino delizioso..ma la parte più interessante è il suo terrazzo.....super fantastico!! La vista è strepitosa puoi incantarti a guardare Stromboli e Panarea per ore mentre il sole sorge dal mare. La sua posizione pur essendo centrale (vicino a negozi ristoranti e comodo al porto ) è immersa in un contesto molto tranquillo a veramente a due passi da una bella spiaggia! ( la mia preferita) Carla e sempre stata di aiuto per qualsiasi necessità e/o informazione. La comunicazione è sempre stata facile e molto piacevole .. sempre disponibile.Ottima host! Appartamento posto di fronte al mare, apri la porta e vedi già le spiagge devi solo attraversare la strada e hai splendide spiagge a tua disposizione. Parcheggio auto proprio sotto casa super comodo per portar le valigie devi solo fare cinque graDini. In casa non mancava nulla.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft- das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top! Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist dem Preis absolut angemessen: schöner Meerblick, auch wenn die Unterkunft an der Straße liegt (ab und zu hört man Autos). Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Ein kleiner Punkt zur Verbesserung wäre das Badezimmer- das könnte teilweise erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles weitere super und wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Domenico's Wohnung. Zentral gelegen, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und gemütlich. Domenico ist ein freundlicher und netter Gastgeber!

We had a great stay at Gianluca's place, despite out arrival on an incredibly busy market day which only happens once a year we were still met with a smile and a lovely welcome. The flat is very comfortable and looked exactly like the photos. It is conveniently located and the area is safe and secure and has some of the best deserts we've ever tasted.

Très bel appartement confortable et agréable, calme belle vue comme prévu, grandes pièces , proximité du port pour les excursions sur les îles éoliennes, pas trop loin du centre historique et des plages , au top!

Un logement spacieux et très agréable, avec une belle terrasse sur la mer. Idéal pour les amoureux de la mer et de la baignade avec un accès facile à pied au centre-ville, à ses commerces et restaurants ainsi qu’au port. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, je recommande.

Нам все очень понравилось, Мауро и Люсия замечательные и дружелюбные. Мауро нас встретил на вокзале и помог добраться до места, а так же помог добраться обратно при выезде, спасибо огромное! Квартира в идеальном состоянии и полностью соответствует фотографиям. Вид из нее на море просто божественный, особенно закат. В квартире присутствовало все для повседневной жизни, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Само место тихое, спокойное, все для хорошего отдыха. Рестораны местные очень вкусные, рекомендую к посещению. Море просто завораживающее и красивое, наш отпуск прошел замечательно, спасибо! :)
