This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

The host was great and let us check-in early. We had two small children and they offered us a high chair, cot and baby before the booking, which was very thoughtful. The host met us at the location for an in person check-in and baked fresh cookies to welcome us. Such amazing hospitality and warmth. Always responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again. I wish I could have stayed in the annexe longer. I loved this clutter-free, light and airy space that has been stylishly furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. I wanted a peaceful place to stay and the annexe had everything I needed: comfy bed, excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities, plus the bonus of parking. It was a real pleasure to sit looking out on the sunny patio and the garden, listening to the birds singing: the annexe was surprisingly quiet and private. Brian was excellent at communicating throughout and was very responsive and helpful and very accommodating (!) of my need to change the date of booking a few times. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. One of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at, immaculate. Very cute loft conversion, quite large with a very large comfortable bed. Easy anytime access with free private parking outside and Tim was a wonderful host.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

Lovely place to stay! Underfloor heating and good quality linen. Also - bath and showers were incredible! Good pressure and decent hot water. Connor was responsive and proactive - it was super easy to check in and out. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere clean, modern and a little bit boujee! Xx

A well located apartment. Very easy to find and check into. Inside we found a cosy, peaceful and beautifully decorated apartment. Lots of space for two people. Local shops and eateries in the high street just around the corner. We highly recommend and would happily stay again
