Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. This is a luxury self contained Tiny house. Nestled on the edge of a pond surrounded by expansive gardens and farmland. There are some small walking tracks to take you around the QE ll Trust wetland and ponds, and for those that are a little more energetic a walk to the top of the hill can provide you with stunning views. Perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy an outdoor wood fire bath over looking the pond! Unfortunately cell ph reception can be patchy at the Tiny house.

Convenient carparking is right on the street, with the option for off-street parking by request.

Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor covered BBQ area. Relax in the ~bath~ under the stars. We have a small dog (Lucy), sweet barky Huntaway (Ruby), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Lily) & August (cat). All very friendly.
