The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Located in Spring Creek FL, a safe fish camp community on the gulf waters. This tiny house is the place to relax. Rocking chairs, fire pit, and sunsets all provided right here. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp or launch the fishing kayaks provided. The house was decorated by my wife and deep cleaned by the both of us!!
