New construction, with deck with fire pit, spacious living room, large island, and an expandable dining table. The back porch overlooks a freshwater canal where you view wildlife. The stylish king suite includes a built-in armoire, double sinks, and walk-in shower. Upstairs is a queen room, and a room with two twins, joined by a jack-and-jill bathroom with bathtub and pedestal sinks. There is an RV pad with 50 amp power, water, and septic hookups. 3 minute walk to the beach via a new bike path.

This is a brand new home in the Summercamp Beach community. It includes access to the resort-style clubhouse and pool, as well as two miles of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax. This home is dog friendly! The pet fee covers a deep cleaning required after any pets to ensure maximum cleanliness for the next guest. Please respect local leash laws, but feel free to bring your furry friend to the pet friendly beach. A maximum of two dogs allowed.
