New construction, with deck with fire pit, spacious living room, large island, and an expandable dining table. The back porch overlooks a freshwater canal where you view wildlife. The stylish king suite includes a built-in armoire, double sinks, and walk-in shower. Upstairs is a queen room, and a room with two twins, joined by a jack-and-jill bathroom with bathtub and pedestal sinks. There is an RV pad with 50 amp power, water, and septic hookups. 3 minute walk to the beach via a new bike path.

The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $100 fee.

Unplugged

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
