We had a great time enjoying the gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe from Sue’s condo. We aren’t skiers, but if you are, the location can’t beat. The condo had a washer dryer, its own patio, and the queen bunkbeds were great for our kids. Sue did a great job checking in and was helpful in accommodating a later than expected arrival. Be prepared to follow the instructions around unloading and loading your car and where you can and can’t park. It could have proven in a bit cumbersome had we not been prepared based on Sue’s great instructions. If you are looking for beautiful views of the lake without all of the hustle and bustle of South Tahoe, Sue’s place is awesome !

Comfy, coxy, clean. In a quite neighborhood and bigger in the inside! Didnt have to worry about anybody tripping over one another because there is plenty of space to spread out. Easy to find things and great for a pretty sizable group to make dinner and play cards without being squeezed together!

If I think about Lake Tahoe for sure Tom’s place would be the place I could think of going. The place was accessible to ski lifts and also to the heavenly village. We had a great with my family staying on his place. I highly recommend Tom’s place for sure.

Beautiful location and space, loved getting to stay here!

Justin’s condo was the perfect winter retreat for a couple and their Labradors. We had a wonderful ski trip that allowed us to walk to the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. The condo is at the top floor and up several flights of stairs. It definitely took our breath away but it was worth it being on the top floor. The view was great. We loved having vaulted ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated a real coffee maker and not a Keurig. Justin was a great host. He was quick to respond to my messages and was very friendly. We hope to visit again soon!

This is how it should be... direct contact with a responsive owner who is sharing their personal home. (not a corporate rental!) Chris always answered quickly when we had a question. Location was great for those who prioritize skiing and relaxing. View from balcony of Lake Tahoe was amazing! Shared hot tub just down the stairs and across the parking lot was great after skiing. Full kitchen to cook meals was wonderful, and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you Chris!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed in this complex before and come up often for kids sports. The location of the complex can't be beat, and the lakeside access, fire pits, and grounds are great. This unit had really nice lake views and was really close to club house and lake. Very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 5 kids. The loft is a great bonus for kids. Beats staying in a hotel 100%!!

This home was absolutely charming, cozy and fantastically appointed. The beds were very comfortable along with the bedding. All bedrooms and bathrooms were prestine. The living area and kitchen was very spacious and welcoming....outside of skiing we barely wanted to leave as we enjoyed the space so much. The fireplaces warmed us up quickly and the hot tub was constantly hot as soon as we were ready to jump in and enjoy the view from the top floor after long days of skiing. The owners were very kind and responded very quickly. We can't wait to visit again.

We stayed at this beautiful home in South Lake Tahoe for a ski and snowboarding trip, and it exceeded all expectations. There were nine of us, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Heavenly Resort, which made getting to the mountain super convenient. The home was well-equipped with entertainment options, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in the South Lake Tahoe area.
