Beautiful Townhouse in Historic Center, Getsemaní

Enjoy this colorful house located in one of the most beautiful streets in Getsemaní. Feel like a local and walk to all the sights Cartagena has to offer. Whitewashed walls, polished-concrete floors, soaring ceilings, cheerful original art, and lush plants lend colonial styling to this light, bright house. Walk through the courtyard and let the cheerful blue tiles and tropical palms set the scene. The house is well equipped with fast wifi, AC in every room and living room/kitchen and hot water. Please note there’s no washing machine but there’s a laundry place nearby and they also do delivery. Casa Francisco is the perfect base to explore Cartagena, it's very spacious and cozy, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a charming patio. Located in Getsemaní, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of the historic center, with many restaurants and bars to choose from. The walled city just steps away, famous Café Havana 2 min walk, Convention center 5 min walk, port to go to the islands and playa blanca 10min walk. Every room has A/C and wifi, including living room and kitchen. There is also a TV and a ceiling fan in each room. The living room also has a TV with cable and amazon fire tv (netflix access) There are two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the other one in the patio next to the bedroom #2 Master bedroom has a double bed, room #2 has a doube bed and bedroom #3 has two single beds. Guests will have the entire house for themselves. I host this house with the help of my sisters Maria and Lucía. We are available by text or email should you have any questions before and during your stay. We will greet guests personally and provide you with recommendations about the city. It’s a very lively neighborhood and we love it. And although our street is laid back most of the time, and the house has sound proof windows installed, the galleries and hotels around us do like to play music during the day, so if you prefer silence then this is not the place for you. Explore the hip, historic neighborhood of Getsemaní with its colorful houses and street art. There are great art galleries, bars, restaurants, and cafes like the famous Cafe Havana. Plaza de la Trinidad and the Walled City are a short walk away. The house is located within walking distance of almost everywhere you would want to go during your stay in Cartagena. If you want to go outside the historic center I would recommend a taxi or uber. We offer a free cleaning day for stays longer than 4 nights. If you want daily cleaning we can do it for an extra fee. We provide fresh towels upon request.

Our house La Carbonera is a colonial space located in the heart of the old city. It is located in the San Diego neighborhood, few minutes from the best cafes, restaurants and bars in the city. The first floor has wide spaces; outdoor pool, living room, dining room, open kitchen, social bathroom and working area. A spiral staircase takes you to the rooms and to an incredible open-air terrace with a bathtub ideal for enjoying the Caribbean sunsets. The supermarket is one block away from the house

El alojamiento esta ubicado en el histórico y bello vecindario de Getsemani, el cual esta lleno de colores y mucha historia que debes recorrer. tiene calles mágicas y con mucho arte, pero lo mas valioso es su gente diversa. Por el sector se puede caminar con toda seguridad, nuestra casa tiene dos pisos, en el piso superior está la habitación y que cuenta con 3 camas, aire acondicionado un baño y un pequeño balcón, en el primer piso tenemos sala, cocina equipada un baño y un patio con lavadora.
