This house built in 1906 has classic old world charm with wood floors, tall ceilings, and original mill work. A short walk to restaurants, boutiques, trollies, and the riverfront. Enjoy the wineries, brew houses, and all WashMO has to offer. Home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. There are 2 king beds and a queen along with a queen pullout sofa. Cozy house in quiet residential neighborhood. Laundry, queen bedroom, office, living room, kitchen, small dining table, screened in porch, 500Mb internet. One mile from the old downtown / river front, and half mile from Mercy Hospital. Perfect for a business trip, wedding, biking the Katy Trail, or just visiting. If the guest requires more than one bed, there is a Studio apartment in the detached garage that is available for $40 per night. Come and enjoy our house and Washington, MO.

Country home lower level, private, full kitchen

Very private country setting just 2 miles south of interstate 70. You’ll likely enjoy some wildlife sightings. Nice private patio seating. Cabin feel, spacious, has full kitchen. Murphy bed in the living room (very comfortable) provides an extra Q bed if needed, otherwise it’s out of the way. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Nearby destinations are Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore.
