Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin size bunks. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Family friendly 2 bed 2 bath! Charming and convenient space in downtown historic Newburgh. Easy walk to the scenic riverfront and downtown area which includes ice cream shops, restaurants, shopping and hair salon. Short walk to beautiful Rivertown Trail! Come explore downtown Newburgh and with easy access to multiple sites in Evansville the location is fantastic! So many family amenities with no stairs inside house, stroller, pack-n-play, outlet covers, kids books, and highchair provided!

As you walk in, you will be welcomed by a 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths. 1 bedroom is perfect for kids, has 1 separate full bed & bunk beds, full bottom, twin top, & trundle, suitable for only toddlers. Please review bedrooms in pics as sleeps 10, but have 7 beds, 3 of these in kids suite. Game room with PacMan.

Historic Downtown Newburgh

Restored 1938 home with original oak floors. You will have this sunny and homey house all to yourself. We have WiFi. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 3 blocks from the Ohio River and the River Walk. There are a couple of restaurants that overlook the river and within walking distance. We have plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, gas, a theatre and only 10 minutes from the east side of Evansville. Newburgh is a great walking town with historical houses and civil war history.

The Family Oasis just 6 miles from Holiday World

The Family Oasis offers families a place to relax and enjoy making memories that will last a lifetime. The house offers plenty of sleeping space for 12, 2.5 baths, a large kitchen, living room area, and laundry. This location has the most charming outdoor area. After a long-day of fun at the many activities in the Spencer County area you can have dinner inside or out with the large covered picnic table, gas grill, fire pit and star lights for a evening of memories.

We LOVE Newburgh! While we were both born and raised in LA and currently live in DFW… we discovered this gem of a town in the middle of our country and fell in love! This high-ceiling open layout 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house is charming, and has all the amenities you need for a great time away. Smart TV, powerful commercial-grade ceiling fans, heated floors, indoor fireplace, outdoor grill, paddle boat on the lake.... RELAX and unwind in this Little Lake Escape!

Cheerful 4BR 2.5BA Home, Backyd Playset & Fire Pit

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home in Southern Indiana with easy and direct access to beautiful Newburgh/Evansville area. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 1 master with a private bathroom. 2 separate queen bedrooms with a shared full bath. And a bunk bedroom with a full and a twin mattress on top bunk. I also will leave a queen air mattress for guests to use.
