Whole Flat for you with its own access. - Driveway space included - Modern Kitchen was washer dryer - Modern Shower - Close to Coventry Canal - Close to George Elliot Hospital - Short walk away from Town Centre - TV firestick with Netflix and Disney + - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer in bathroom cupboard - Ironing board and Iron in Bedroom Wardrobe - Bike holder & wall hoop outside It’s a quite place with quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

This newly refurbished ground floor apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the heart of Stratford Upon Avon town centre. The property is easily accessible with its own private entrance from the front. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge area, a master bedroom with en-suite and a double bed, a second twin bedroom with two single beds. Near the Railway pub and Dorridge cricket club, this large Edwardian House has beautiful gardens and a wildlife reserve all of which can be used by guests. It is handy for local transport with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a bus to Solihull every hour. Dorridge station is a 15 minute walk with trains to Birmingham Moor Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and London Marylebone. The NEC and Resorts World are 15 minutes by car.
