Great place in Fayetteville, especially if you’re traveling with pets (fully fenced backyard). With convenient access to I-49, it was easy to do everything we wanted to do in Fayetteville and throughout Northwest Arkansas. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was a big hit on chilly nights. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter at UA.

Everything was as advertised. The location was central to everything Fayetteville with a quick ride up to Bentonville if you please.

This place was amazing!! Hope to be able to visit there again and stay at that same place. It felt like home. Very clean, comfortable, and located in a cute peaceful neighborhood. Nicest place I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t say enough about the care and attention to detail that has been put into this place. The location is private and peaceful. The space is open and practical. The bed and furniture were very high quality and ridiculously comfortable. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to have been a guest and really hope to stay again soon.

The home was just as we expected. Little touches were a bonus. The best is the beds. They are literally a dream. And thank you for checking in on us. I felt like we were talking to friends. Take care and we’ll see you again.

The balcony stole the show. The Airbnb matched the description perfectly, but the view was better than expected. Two glass sliding doors opened the living room to the balcony, making it easy to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. I loved watching the moon rise over the trees and Dickson St lights below. The condo was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and clean, spacious bathrooms. My favorite spot was the leather couch in the living room, perfect for relaxing. I felt very safe here. The building takes security seriously, requiring key fob access at multiple points to enter the building and use the elevators. The designated parking spot was convenient and secure. There was even a rolling basket by the elevator to help carry groceries and bags upstairs. The hosts were outstanding. They were quick to respond, flexible, and genuinely accommodating with our unpredictable schedule. They made the entire stay easy and welcoming.
