This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. "Pleasant Dreams" 3rd Floor Apartment

This 3rd floor apartment has an awesome view of Wickford Harbor, lots of windows, and is newly renovated. You will be immersed in the historic district! It is within walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and parks in historic Wickford Village and about 20 mins from Narragansett, Providence airport, Providence and Newport. Wickford Junction, a train and bus hub, is 5-10 mins away. Pleasant Street has been listed as one of the top ten streets in RI Magazine.

Havana Club - Ground Floor Apartment

Old world charm with a Cuban theme. The house, located on the mainland in South Kingstown, is called "The Havana Club" because that is the name of Cuba's most famous rum, and because I have many years' experience going there. This space is a separate apartment, approximately 800 sq ft. Outside is a spacious lawn, hammock, outdoor shower with hot water, picnic table, grill and chiminea. Two miles from the ocean, in a vacation area, so much to do and see and enjoy.
