The house with all amenities is nestled in Bailey Hollow close to Rte 26 between Asheville NC and Johnson City TN. Outdoor activities including hiking, rafting. Festivals, charming downtown Erwin, 30 minutes to historic Jonesborough with the Intl Storytelling Center and Bristol Motor Speedway.

Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located 20-30 minutes from Tusculum College and Greeneville and 45-50 minutes from Johnson City. A beautiful country farmhouse with a view of the Smoky Mountains and a hot tub to relax in. Our dear Grandma Hannah lived here before she passed away in February of 2023. We want the place to be a testimony to who she was—loving God and people and always friendly and hospitable!
