Boone Dockers- 3bed/2bath lake house. Views!

Lakefront home on Boone Lake! Enjoy the view from the private, amazing covered back deck that stretches the entire length of the home. Swim and relax from your own private dock. Home is on a main channel of the lake and has water views all year long (TVA begins lowering lake in Sept). Close to Johnson City, 20 minutes Bristol Speedway, 40 minutes to Roan Mountain and the AT! It is 1 and 1/2 hours to the Smokies for a day trip or to Asheville NC. DOG friendly upon approval/ pet fee MUST be paid

This cozy condo is the perfect place to experience the beauty of the Appalachian Highlands region. This unit has 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath, it has been completely updated with flat screen tv's, high end mattresses, and new furniture. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Location, location, location. DreamCatcher has it all when it comes to location. Obviously, the lake view is gorgeous, and DreamCatcher is on one of the widest sections of Boone Lake offering serenity and a water playground. Boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, staring, falling asleep… it’s all exquisite at this lake. Johnson City is less than10 minutes away… restaurants, shows, hiking, museums, night life… all convenient. Bristol motor speedway… right here. Tri-city Airport same.

Nestled among the trees, Blue Haven Log Cabin sits atop a sloping hill and welcomes those looking for that perfect getaway to connect with loved ones either on the large front porch with a view of the mountains or on the patio below. A stone fireplace and rustic furniture gives it a sense of days gone by . Air mattress w/ linens make 3rd bed on the main floor living room w/access to half bath. Garage parking in the basement w/washer and dryer. Lake access for fishermen or boaters. Boat ramp is across the highway at Winged Deer park. Condo is not lakefront but all common areas are. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway and new Bristol Casino. Close to stores and restaurants.
