One bedroom with queen size bed, a sleeper sofa with queen size foldout bed in the living room, blankets and pillows provided for both beds, however, you'll need to provide your own bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, soaps and shampoos. Full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave, and all kitchen and dining utensils included. Stand up shower in the bathroom. Two house rule - no smoking, and no pets.

We have Mosquito Squad spray with pet and people friendly spray to keep the mosquito and tick population limited -- and it works well!
