Tiny home cabin, set in a grove of trees yet minutes to downtown Boone. Intimate two-person hot tub. Propane fireplace, two mini-split ac/heaters, two tv's fully loaded, full size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, loft with queen bed. Covered porch with grill and hot tub, fire pit out back.

Our space, a custom build from HGTV-featured tiny house builder Randy Jones, is on a ridge with unparalleled, 270-degree views of Grandfather Mountain, all three area ski resorts, on into Tennessee and Virginia's Mount Rogers. We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

KERIUG COFFEE MAKER, WITH REG. COFFEE AND DECAF AS WELL AS TEA AND BREAKFAST BARS. YOU WILL ENJOY COFFEE ON YOUR OWN PRIVATE DECK. THERE IS A BEAUTIFULLY LANDSCAPED CATCH AND RELEASE POND OUT FRONT AND A YARD SWING IN FRONT OF POND FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESIBLE.

The Blue Ridge Parkway and New River are minutes away for fishing, biking and river fun. Boone, Jefferson, Appalachian State University are less then 12 miles near.

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.

Harper’s Hideaway

Harper Hideaway Is a stylish Contemporary Guest House with an open floor plan with a tree house feel once inside that features a full Kitchen, Living room with electric fireplace, Bedroom with King bed, and a full Bathroom with Laundry. Quiet development that features sounds of Tweetie Railroad in the summer months, easy walking around the neighborhood, Watching the deer play in the apple orchard below and lastly easy access to Boone and Blowing Rock.

Close to parkway, in between Boone and Blowing Rock. About 10 min from each.
