Birthday trip was a success…. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and Natasha was a fabulous host.

Jared was a great host! Loved his place and the patio is amazing! Everything you need is provided.

This place is awesome. Very clean, great views, and as described on website. To avoid confusion there are two Albert's. Dad who lives on the property and is the taxi driver and Albert the son who is the off site owner. The airport taxi was $18.00 per person. Albert took 8 of us comfortably with luggage. The taxi to a restaurant was $12.00 per person each way.

Water island hideaway was an amazing location. It was a bit challenging to get to as you do require a cart rental if you have any luggage due to the hills. However the people on the island go above and beyond making the experience worth the hike. The wildlife there was outstanding to experience from the protected red footed tortoise visit to the daily lizard and hermit crab races it was always something just outside worth seeing. We truly enjoyed lounging on the deck under the pergola just listening to the waves and birds, quite relaxing! Jan went beyond and above as a host advising of the local needs and providing many necessities that are hard to get locally. We enjoyed both restaurants on the island tremendously. Heidi’s fish tacos and Dinghy’s poke bowl cannot be missed! Everyone on the island are just wonderful people.

Perfect place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary!!! Everything was super clean and exceeded our expectations. They even decorated for us with rose petals! There were so many necessary items like dishes, bottled water, toiletries, and towels stocked up. There were also covid kits with masks, sanitizer, and Lysol that we were able to utilize as a courtesy as we toured the island. The host was extremely easy to contact and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St Thomas in the near future!!

This is a great location for St. Thomas! Great beach that has something for almost everyone. Snorkeling, swimming, pizza, bar, shaded areas, beach chairs (No charge) on beach. If you have already explored all the other beaches on the island there is really no reason to leave Sapphire Beach. Sapphire beach is definitely one of the top beaches on St. John. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied. We stayed 11 nights and only regret was not having more time.

Great location…clean space

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

I loved staying here! Private, peacefule, and a pool, short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would defintely stay again, can't wait to go back!

Bianca’s place is so much more than described. Impecable, confortable and modern. The only table we didn’t use was the indoor dinning table. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. We cooked most of the time and everything we needed was there . Worth every penny. You wake up and go to sleep to soft waves on the beach. Best snorkeling in the entire island as far as I’m concerned. Absolutely loved it there !

Great stay with a very short walk to sapphire resort including a couple of restaurants and great beach views.

We had a wonderful time at this location! The space was comfortable and spacious, with three full bedrooms, plus a living room that has a couch that opens up, making it perfect for our group. It was so convenient being close to two markets, where we could easily find all our essentials, including fresh produce and frozen food. The property is within a quick walking distance to Coki Beach, which was great for a day by the water – don't forget to bring a beach blanket! Margaritaville is nearby, offering a fun happy hour every day and bingo on some nights. The place is peaceful, with the exception of the roosters adding to the local charm. Overall, it was a great experience, and we enjoyed our stay!

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.

Im giving this location a 5 star review however the we did have some problems. This location has unbelievable potential with a great layout and a amazing view. -The house is a 3 family and there is other long term tenants that were never a issue. the road getting to the house is very steep. But if you've been to the island it won't bother you. if you haven't it can be very intimidating. parking was a bit of a problem because the driveway is very narrow forcing us to park against the wall and you can't exit the vehicle onnthe drivers side because the other tenants need to get out with thier vehicles. The inside of the house is nice. We had a problem with a leak in the kitchen every time it rained. it pretty much flooded the kitchen every time. there was no toaster or coffee machine so we donated ours that we purchased. The linen was not washed when we arrived and the stove didn't work. (host fixed the stove) The dryer does not dry. The AC,TV and internet worked great.

lovely place to stay if you want to get away from it all. People, tourists, noise... none of that here. Granted it's a bit hard to get to. Let me ammend that. Some taxi drivers don't want to go down the hill. In all honesty, the hill was paved & not bad. We missed out on our first night because the initial taxi driver didn't want to take us down and we stayed at a hotel till we found someone who did. Michael. He picked us up and dropped us off whenever we needed to go to town or to the beach. I wasn't comfortable driving on the opposite side of the road. The kitchen is a chef's dream. The bedrooms were great. The living room was lovely. The view stellar. My only negative is the screens in the sliding doors were busted. So we couldn't leave the doors open. We've got mosquito scars to prove it. The hot tub was okay. I wish it could have gotten hotter wasn't sure how to adjust it. the bed in the master was soft, in the other room was firmer. Definitely lovely we'll be back.

This space was as described in the photos and listing. The property had a fantastic ocean views, which made for a relaxing and scenic backdrop throughout our stay. The space was comfortable, with all the essentials we needed for a pleasant stay. It did have window units for cooling. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, peaceful getaway with a beautiful view.

The place was super clean and comfortable for the both of us. The location is perfect, very central and close to the Havensight area. I feel that a car in St. Thomas is a must, but the house is so centrally located that it may be easy to get a taxi to move around. The communication with the rental company was perfect and they made sure we were taking care of at all times. Very happy with this rental, I will rent it again.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful, the space was clean, and having the car was the best perk. Keep in mind driving on the island can be a little nerve wracking because of the steep inclines, sharp turns, narrow roads, and of course driving on the left. But for this location I feel like a car is necessary. You can walk to the nearby beach, but again it's pretty steep. There's also a fancy restaurant you can walk to and that walk is not so steep. We loved having the car though because we went to a different beach every day. We also took the car to St John for the day on the car ferry, but if I were to do it again I would probably park the car in town for the day, take the people ferry, then take the local cabs to and from the beach on St John. Also the property manager Christie was super responsive and attentive. Overall fantastic stay!

my friend and I came to the island to attend services for a friend who had passed. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Amber was a very kind and helpful host! she definitely takes pride in the spaces she has created. very greatful we rented a car, be very careful pulling out of the driveway the roads are very steep. we enjoyed the communal space alot, we were able to go to the grocery store Moe's down the street and make food at the airbnb which was a nice way to make our trip a little more affordable. the view alone was worth the stay and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved staying at Asia's place and St. Thomas!! me and my sister stayed here 4 days for my birthday trip and had an amazing time. The house was very beautiful with an amazing view over the hills from the balcony. It was clean and felt right at home and surrounded by lots of nature (lots of iguana sightings!). Asia was a great communicator and played a huge part in helping us find our way around the islands for the first time and great recommendations on things to do. This house is great to stay if you have a good transportation around the area, it is private but also a decent drive to town, the perfect mix.
