Comfortable and convenient. We were minutes from restaurants and skiing which was perfect. The rental really felt like a hime. Check in was easy and Julia and Peter were proactive with messages about check in and trash. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean.

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

A perfect place to stay especially for a family with young children. The house is even more charming than the photos. The space is clean, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Portland

This house was in a perfect location-it really was 5 minute drive to everything. There are even some restaurants and shops that are within reasonable walking distance. The house was in a peaceful, residential neighborhood. The back deck overlooks the beautiful fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our dog to run around and get some exercise without a leash. We used the provided grill one evening and it worked very well. The house was equipped with everything needed for your stay including k cups, creamer, sugar, spices, some condiments, makeup remover towelettes, paper products, pots and pans. The furnishings and beds provided for a comfortable stay. The washer/dryer are brand new and worked very well. The house is older so you should expect creaky floors but that didn’t bother us at all! The hosts were very responsive and provided some great recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

We had an excellent stay at Mariella’s place. The cleanliness stood out to us and was much appreciated. Mariella was very accommodating and there for any questions or concerns. We felt right at home. Her home was in great location of a neighborhood for comfort and privacy while also be very convenient and a short ride to downtown Portland. I would recommend her home.

The AirBnb was spacious, very clean, and had a large, well-stocked kitchen. Walkable to many great restaurants, parks, etc., and easy access to highways. The host sent very helpful directions about where to park and how to access the house and she was proactive in communicating. The rental was much bigger than I anticipated and we had plenty of room to spread out.

Margaret’s place is very homey with all the necessities for a family gathering. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to beautiful trails

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Ian's place was great for a girls trip ti Portland. He was a great communicator if I had any questions or cleaning instructions. Will definitely stay again for any future trips to Portland.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

We felt right at home in this gem of a 2 bedroom. We parked our car and didn't get back in until our stay was over. Comfy beds. Bright private apt. Very peaceful, yet close to everything! I highly recommend staying here!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place. Beautiful location, walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping, and nature. Christopher always responded quickly and was very clear conveying the instructions. We highly recommend this home.

Lori’s place felt like a home away from home. The apartment was bigger than we expected with beautiful furnishings and built-ins. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked making it easy to cook meals with ingredients from Pat’s Meat Market a block away. Noble Pizza is also not to be missed.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Highly recommend a stay at Michelle and Jason’s place! It’s a great “home base” for whatever you’re looking to do, whether that be hiking, climbing, skiing, shopping, or exploring any of the charming towns nearby! Michelle and Jason were kind and communicative and their place is so adorable and comfortable! Great stay!

Beautiful location, wonderful bathroom, very comfortable bed. loved the extra amenities available like pool and rec room. Looking forward to returning in the future!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!
