Zu zweit hatten wir hier eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Der Check-in war sehr einfach. Mit dem Auto ist es perfekt zu erreichen. Zum Bus sind es 15 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, für Tierliebhaber genau das Richtige. Eine Bootstour in der Nähe können wir wärmstens empfehlen! Das Haus ist direkt eben einem Kuhstall gelegen. Für Privatsphäre ist mit Rollos und Vorhängen sehr gut gesorgt. Es war sehr sauber und in Küche und Bad waren die wichtigsten Dinge vorhanden. Auch als große Personen konnten wir beide gut in dem Bett schlafen. Es war nachts vielleicht etwas sehr warm, da oben kein Fenster ist. Das Sofa ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, könnte aber etwas gemütlicher sein. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und freundlich. Nils und Vera haben wirklich einen schönen Ort für Gäste geschaffen, die ein paar Tage in einer sehr schönen Gegend verbringen wollen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Super mooie accommodatie. Zeker de moeite! Niet zo ver van Amsterdam en makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer!

We hadden al een tijdje geleden geboekt, dus ik had het niet meer helemaal helder voor de geest. Des te leuker was onze aankomst: werkelijk 10 stappen van de bruisende dijk! Heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement. Alles voor een onbezorgd verblijf: vaatwasser, wifi, tv's met Netflix, strijkijzer, fietsen en nog veel meer. 4 dagen verbleven en ons geen seconde verveeld. Als ik toch iets moet noemen is het het volgens mij synthetische beddengoed. Ik heb liever katoen. Maar verder echt top!!

The property appeared as shown in the details - nice kitchen, dual aspect with doors leading onto a decking area, modern bathroom and a very comfy bed - the nearby village was extremely pretty - we hired E Bikes from the village and ate in the same restaurant twice as it was good food - easy local transport into AMS and cheap!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft in Volendam zu übernachten, und ich kann sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist perfekt – in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hafen und den charmanten Gassen von Volendam. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das reichhaltige Frühstück. Ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts war die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die historischen Gebäude und das Meer.

The property appeared as shown in the details - nice kitchen, dual aspect with doors leading onto a decking area, modern bathroom and a very comfy bed - the nearby village was extremely pretty - we hired E Bikes from the village and ate in the same restaurant twice as it was good food - easy local transport into AMS and cheap!

Lovely apartment in Monnickendam - spacious, clean. Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable - felt like home. Very good public transport links. The hosts were incredibly helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect “home base” for our trip to Amsterdam. Far enough from city central to be nice and quiet, but well connected via bus/metro/trolley. Several good restaurants close by, as well as a small grocery store.

Delightful canal home, more spacious than we anticipated, with a flower garden under the front window. Fabulous location within walking distance of many of the main museums, excellent restaurants in the immediate area, many practical amenities (nearby groceries, etc.). We walked almost everywhere, did not use public transportation at all, but it was right there, both metro and tram, just across the canal. Michele was responsive and generally lovely, making us feel welcome--tulips on the table, a special Easter bread. We had everything we needed for our four-night stay, and the bed was wonderful and cozy with puffy covers. If we're in Amsterdam again, we would love to have another stay here. Highly recommended.

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at Johanneke‘s place. Immediately as you walk out the front door, you are in Ten Kate Mart with tons of food stalls lining the street. Just 3min walk away is Foodhallen, where you’ll find a local artisans market plus food and drink options that are open late into the evening. The neighborhood was vibrant during the day and early evening but still felt private and I enjoyed having a quiet place with a beautiful and serene backyard. It was very easy to walk to public transit should I choose to take the tram, or could easily to Vondelpark or Jordaan neighborhood to see more sites. Johanneke was a great host and very proactive with information and checking in. I would book her place again and again!

came for our honeymoon had a beautiful stay, loved the layout of the apartment, had everything we needed loved the location being next to park, the views from the balcony were awesome getting to watch the sunrise and sunsets were absolute bliss.

Great communication from host weeks before the stay up until departure. The property was great for what we needed, clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.
