Modern appartement op 20 min van Amsterdam Centraal Station, goed openbaar vervoer, gratis parkeren. Eigen voordeur, eigen terras op zuiden, uitzicht weilanden. Lang verblijf: 15% korting 1 maand. Gratis parkeren aan de weg. Dit deel van een typisch Nederlandse boerderij werd volledig gerenoveerd. De boerderij is ecologisch, super geïsoleerd en voorzien van voldoende zonnecellen om qua elektriciteit zelfvoorzienend te zijn. U vindt hier ruimte, gezelligheid, rust en luxe. (Geen televisie)

Je vindt ons huisje in Broek in Waterland. Het zit om de hoek van een bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Lekker buiten combineren met alles wat de stad te bieden heeft. Het guesthouse zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bv een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt. We hebben boven een 2 pers. bed en beneden een slaapbank.

This appartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. There's a kids bedroom. Sunny mornings when you open the doors to the french balcony in the livingroom. A bath tub, kitchen with everything you need and smart tv. A'dam North is very upcoming, our house is close to very popular clubs. A 15 min bike to the city centre, 10 min by metro. But it's also the perfect hide away! Nature is around the corner, nice swimming places, and a beautiful dike with it's cute old Amsterdam houses.

Our accomodation in the mids of greens within our capital city boundaries and is truely unique. Ideal for families who want best of both worlds: historic city and nature to relax after a day filled with impressions! The room is quite spacious for 2, and even if you bring your children, the place feels comfortable. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave and you can use our BBQ. We hope to see you soon in our homestead! Family Hessing, 2 dogs, sheep and chickens!

Welkom! Come over and explore Amsterdam and its surroundings by bike, car, bus, train! Our house is situated in the North of Amsterdam, above the IJ (river). It will take you about 15 minutes to bike to the (free!) ferry, which will take you to the centre of Amsterdam. The appartement is 82m2 containing 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, sunny livingroom, well equiped kitchen. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor, elevator available.

In onze heerlijke suite met zit- en slaapgedeelten kunnen gemakkelijk 2 tot 4 personen verblijven. De suite bevindt zich in onze voormalige boerderij op 10 minuten auto rijafstand van A'dam centrum. Uitgebreid ontbijt inclusief (bij mooi weer in de tuin). Uitstekende gratis wifi. Handdoeken (elke dag schone) en beddengoed inclusief. Koffieapparaat, waterkoker en koelkast in de suite. Fijne tuin aan het water om te ontspannen met trampoline en voetbalveldje.

The apartment got totally renovated 5 years ago into a sweet vintage jazzy crib :) You can play vinyls or listen to the birds in the nice private garden. The apartment is located in Amsterdam North. 15 min by bike or 20 min by public transport from Amsterdam Central Station. Supermarkets around the corner and surrounded by beautifull nature.
