Kindvriendelijke vakantiewoningen in Waterland

This is lovely family home in lovely Dutch country village, Broek in Waterland, just a short drive or bus connection from Amsterdam. The house was under partial renovation (which the owners warned me for) when I was there for ten days this summer, but the fully-equipped kitchen, the spacious living room, and the amazing view from the garden on water and fields really made the stay very enjoyable. My friends loved the art, the books and general vibe of the house. Maartje and Maarten were excellent and very relaxed hosts who showed me around the house before they left on vacation. Oh and private parking is also a plus. Highly recommended.

Wir waren zwar nur für ein Wochenende dort aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Das Haus ist noch schöner als es auf den Bildern aussieht und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch einiges an Gewürzen sowie Koch Utensilien- es wurde einfach an alles gedacht.

La maison de Noortje est vraiment charmante, très propre, pratique et encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Nous étions 5 personnes et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise. L'arrêt de bus est juste à côté de la maison, il permet de se rendre rapidement au centre d'Amsterdam (en moins de 10 min) mais également de rayonner facilement dans la région (Edam, Volendam, Marken). A noter: une route assez passante à proximité de la maison mais cela 'était pas vraiment dérangeant.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Broek in Waterland. Super accueil de Sjoerd très réactif, chaleureux et instructions très claires. Logement très bien situé à 5 minutes de la station de bus qui dessert le centre d'Amsterdam. Maison très propre et très charmante qui coche toutes les cases pour se ressourcer : située dans un village plein de charme, à proximité de la nature tout comme du centre Amsterdam. Je recommande vivement et nous aurions beaucoup de plaisir à y retourner. Un gros coup de cœur pour les villages du Waterland 😍

La casa di Elsbeth è molto bella e confortevole. Ha 2 giardini, uno davanti alla casa e uno sul retro, il posto auto e l interno della casa è molto curato, il tutto in un paesino delizioso a pochi minuti da Amsterdam ( bus a 5 minuti a piedi) o dai favolosi paesi di Marken, Volendam, Edam. Inoltre eravamo in compagnia di un dolce gattino e di 3 galline. Fantastico

It was our first time in Volendam and we felt immediately welcome when arriving at Jessie's and Johan's place. The apartment looked just like in the pictures and was very nicely furnished. One highlight was the screen with projector. We had a great time exploring Volendam and Marken and would definitely come back.

Zu zweit hatten wir hier eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Der Check-in war sehr einfach. Mit dem Auto ist es perfekt zu erreichen. Zum Bus sind es 15 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, für Tierliebhaber genau das Richtige. Eine Bootstour in der Nähe können wir wärmstens empfehlen! Das Haus ist direkt eben einem Kuhstall gelegen. Für Privatsphäre ist mit Rollos und Vorhängen sehr gut gesorgt. Es war sehr sauber und in Küche und Bad waren die wichtigsten Dinge vorhanden. Auch als große Personen konnten wir beide gut in dem Bett schlafen. Es war nachts vielleicht etwas sehr warm, da oben kein Fenster ist. Das Sofa ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, könnte aber etwas gemütlicher sein. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und freundlich. Nils und Vera haben wirklich einen schönen Ort für Gäste geschaffen, die ein paar Tage in einer sehr schönen Gegend verbringen wollen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

Very beautiful, new apartment — spacious and cozy. Spotlessly clean, located in a nice neighborhood. There’s a coffee on the ground floor with incredibly delicious ice cream. A bus stop is just 5–10 minutes away, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. The host was very responsive, explained and showed everything, and was always available. Be careful with parking — there’s a white-marked zone across the street, but there’s a sign at the beginning of the street. Our car got towed.

très bon séjour dans ce magnifique appartement très bien situé, proche mer avec des restaurants très bons, proximité immédiate des arrêts de bus pour visiter Amsterdam et autres. tout y est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. la ville de Volendam est très paisible et agréable à vivre, surtout très propre. nous recommandons très fortement.

We hadden al een tijdje geleden geboekt, dus ik had het niet meer helemaal helder voor de geest. Des te leuker was onze aankomst: werkelijk 10 stappen van de bruisende dijk! Heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement. Alles voor een onbezorgd verblijf: vaatwasser, wifi, tv's met Netflix, strijkijzer, fietsen en nog veel meer. 4 dagen verbleven en ons geen seconde verveeld. Als ik toch iets moet noemen is het het volgens mij synthetische beddengoed. Ik heb liever katoen. Maar verder echt top!!

Notre séjour avec ma mère chez Kelly est sûrement la meilleure expérience en Airbnb que nous avons eu à ce jour ! Kelly est une hôte bienveillante, réactive et très accueillante. Elle reste disponible en cas de soucis et vous recommande ses coins favoris pour profiter de la région de la meilleure manière. Le logement est comme sur les photos : cozy, décoré avec goût et au calme. Ilpendam est un village vraiment charmant et très bien desservi, n'importe quel bus vous emmène en quelque temps à Amsterdam. Si vous souhaitez découvrir Amsterdam tout en restant dans un coin tranquille, le logement de Kelly sera parfait !

I cannot recommend Markus and her rental enough. We were 4 adults including my 84 year old mom and the place worked so well for us. Fantastic neighborhood with restaurants and shops very close; best of all 5 minute walk to Vondelpark for a stroll, a beer or coffee and a respite from the crazy hustle of Amsterdam. Peaceful and well appointed home that was free of clutter. I only realized this was a family home when Markus told me. Separate places to get space. Downstairs bed for my mom (no stairs). I will recommend to friends and family!

Clean and cozy just like we expected. The location to vondelpark was superb. Easy to find and a beautiful street. Felt safe staying there.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Words cannot express how lovely Joze’s place was! She met us upon arrival and gave us a tour, and we immediately felt right at home! She was extremely helpful and communicative! The home is located in a fantastic quiet neighborhood with walking distance to everything Amsterdam has to offer! The home is filled with Joze’s artwork and it makes for stunning finishing touches! We cannot wait to come back to Amsterdam and hopefully have the opportunity to stay at her place again! We had the BEST time!

Peter was very friendly and responsive. The place has a very nice backyard, and the appartment is surrounded with many shops and coffees. The location is so good, there’s no need for any transportation, you can walk everywhere. Thanks to Peter for hosting us in this lovely apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!
