Just 30 min to Mohawk or Southington Ski Mountains. Just 10 min to downtown Litchfield, close to local farms & vineyards. For security we have two exterior cameras facing the door & driveway.

Parking in the driveway for 1 car (possibly more, message for details). WiFi and Smart TV with some local channels (no cable). 45 minutes to Bradley Airport, 2 hours to NYC, 20 minutes to ski slopes.

Come stay with us on our working farm. Relax and take in our beautiful 12-acre property while sitting on the back deck, overlooking pastures. Or for a more interactive experience, join us on a farm tour during our morning and evening farm chores. Our farm was established in 1739 with a rich history in agriculture and livestock. Our cottage is studio-style with an open bedroom, living room, and dining area. There is a kitchette and bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

Feel like you're in your own studio apartment in the spacious, bright lower level of our home! Walk out to your own lounging/dining area. Guests have their own separate entrance & parking space(s). Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. Welcome to The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm located on a 16 acre working Christmas tree farm bordered by 155 acres of protected land trust with marked hiking trails. The holidays are right around the corner. Holiday reservations have date restrictions. Please inquire about availability.
