A really lovely place to stay! Clean, tidy and peaceful surroundings. Jane was a brilliant host, checking we had everything we needed and always available if we had any questions. Checking In/Out was easy, with clear instructions along with additional information about the accommodation (heating, Wi-Fi etc.). Massive lounge area on the first floor, and the kitchen has all the appliances you need. We would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it anyone.

This was my first time using air b&b and it was so easy to do, rob was an excellent owner he was fast to respond, left clear instructions about respecting his property and give us helpful advice of rough taxi prices ect. The property was fairly big and we were able to all to spread out, which our group of girls. I would definitely book again if we was to go back to Liverpool!

Had a lovely stay in the property for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. Nice touch with happy birthday balloons,card and chocolates. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, very clean apartment, home from home close to my other daughter’s student digs. Close to pubs and restaurants and shops. We went on the Beatles magical mystery tour whilst we were there. Will definitely stay again when visiting my daughter. Thank you

My family and I have just returned from an absolutely fantastic weekend staying at Sian’s place. We had originally booked another location with a different host but wasn’t as expected. I contacted Sian to see if this property was available and she was super helpful and had the property ready in 2 hours! The property is a home from home based in a great location near to the bus stop into the city and local bars and restaurants nearby. We took our furbaby with us too and there is a gorgeous park 10 min walk away from the property. Will definitely be booking again ! Sian really made us feel welcome and was truly a fantastic host. It was the perfect place for our family to gather. There was lots of space and facilities both in the house and in the garden. Everyone enjoyed the games room and the hot tub ( even in chilly weather). We felt lucky to be there.

Thank you very much for the use of your lovely home , it was perfectly situated for our short stay and concert visit , communication was brilliant throughout and nothing was to much to ask , the house was cosy . It was torture for Archie my girlfriends little one mind . Being an avid Man City fan with all the Liverpool memorabilia lol , thanks again we will certainly hope to stay again if we visit Liverpool again . PS he did like the Alison picture in the living room his words it’s Sick .

We enjoyed our stay in Veronica’s lovely apartment. It was comfortable, well equipped and had a lovely sea view from the windows. Checking in/out and communication was very slick. Very easy to get to from New Brighton Merseyrail station. Would definitely study again if in the area. Thank you!
