I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

The cabin is located in the woods at Becks Lake. It is the original one room cabin, built in the 1950's by Ray Becks family. Becks Lake, Georgia is known worldwide. It sleeps 6 a King bed, a bunk and a Queen sofa sleeper., wood burning stove and full kitchen on opposite end. The bathroom provides a shower with tub. Fish, kayak or swim.
