Words cannot fully capture the warm feeling I experienced when I opened the door to Miss Roxanne's home and life. Roxanne is an artist whose art adorns the walls, creating a fabulous atmosphere. The house is well-furnished, with comfortable beds and lovely bed linens. The kitchen is well-stocked, making cooking and enjoying family meals easy. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with the lake steps away. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting Miss Roxanne and Mr.Tom, who lives next door. They are so kind and have great stories about the history of the area and their homes. The pictures do not do the home justice; it's much nicer!

Our stay was great. The house is extremely nice and well equipped with plenty to do. The area is great, also. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do in the surrounding area.

We went to fish. Very convenient place on lake and boat house so you don’t have to put in and out. Just put in once till you’re ready to leave. Looks like pictures and as described. Ben was responsive to questions right away.

This is a great spot for families! Our kiddos swam and fished and had a great time in the river. Everything was clean and the location is great. We will definitely be back.

This was a wonderful stay! Wonderful hospitality! Plenty of towels/wash cloths, garbage bags, laundry detergent, anything you need. It was perfect. Mary/Judy was great and responded quickly to every message, even brought us more firewood within 5mins of us asking for a recommendation on where to purchase some wood. We will stay here again!

Andrea was a phenomenal host for us! We had to make some last minute changes to our reservation and she was so accommodating and quick to communicate to sort things out. The home was just as described - super cozy and relaxing place on beautiful Weiss Lake! Would recommend

Well, where do we begin! The home is beautiful, Amy and Ron have not forgotten one thing when it comes to anticipating what guests may need! Amy was quick to respond to us! The home has all the amenities you would ever want in a vacation. We grew up a few miles from Acworth and would love to live in this home, it brings back many fond memories of our childhoods in this community!! This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

We had an incredible weekend at Sandra’s lake house for our boys trip! Sandra was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out was her kindness and integrity—despite the race being in town and other listings hiking their prices, Sandra kept her rate fair and affordable. That kind of generosity doesn’t go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated it. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Sandra!

This lake house was such a great find. It’s absolutely beautiful and so so very peaceful. My family and I will for certain be back here. The host was always friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are excellent and so so kind. The neighborhood here is very peaceful. Thank y’all for sharing your home with us. Lord willing we will be back early fall.

The location on the lake was great and we appreciate being able to use the boat lift. This place was perfect for our stay.

I CANNOT say enough great things about this rental and host! They have gone above and beyond with extra touches. The place is pristine! We have our 4 adult children with us and had the best weekend. Hiking, kayaking, wineries, night time fires and games! It was just what we needed to rest and recharge! We are already organizing when we can book another weekend! Don’t hesitate to book this!

This was a great place to stay while we were visiting Bouckaert Farm. It was a short drive to the venue and was peaceful and quiet. We also caught a lot of fish on the pond behind the house. We would definitely stay again if we come back for another horse show.

The house was perfect and exceeded expectations. Host was incredibly helpful, even came out to the house to show me a boat ramp on the property. They truly went above and beyond.

Staying at Brooke’s stunning home on the lake was an absolute dream. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean everything was, so clean that we could walk around barefoot and feel completely at ease. The attention to detail was obvious in every corner. The view of the lake was breathtaking, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made it feel like a true escape. It was the perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Brooke’s hospitality was just as impressive as her home. Her dedication and care truly showed, from thoughtful touches around the house to her quick and kind communication. You can tell she puts her heart into what she does. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Debra was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure we felt right at home. The view is absolutely amazing, lots of deer and such and an astonishing view. Extremely grateful for being able to stay here and absolutely will book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

My friends and I had an amazing staycation! We had a great time kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the pool. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The host’s communication was prompt and seamless. We’ll definitely be back!

The view is lovely. This home has separate spaces for families or groups of friends with two different kitchens. I loved that there was a bedroom directly next to parking so a family member with a disability could walk in without taking the stairs. The home had plenty of linens, games and kitchen equipment. Having two washers and dryers was also a nice bonus!

We had a great stay. The location was beautiful, and everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed the game room in the garage. Everything was clean and as described. It was conveniently located 25 minutes from Talladega, which was so easy. We would definitely return.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Guntersville this is it. Great location and outstanding home. Hosts are first class and quick to respond. Hope to be back someday!
