We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. A stunning house in a lovely complex. Absolutely perfect for families with kids.

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely house in a great location. Watchet is a friendly and interesting little town. Parking in a nearby car park was straightforward. Communications from the hosts were friendly - and the instructions were clear, comprehensive and unfussy.

The house was exactly what we expected and Julian was very accommodating with information and help when we needed it! Will definitely be using this property again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Burrows Court, a beautiful house in peaceful and nature rich surroundings. As a diverse group of adults, young children and dogs it met all of our needs for a special Easter break together. Samantha is a fantastic host, going above and beyond in making arrangements and providing literally everything we might have needed as a group. And the small touches were hugely appreciated…cakes on arrival, treats for the dogs, bunting for a birthday party. Wow. We are all already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you :)

Lovely stay at Helen's place. Clean and tidy with good amenities. Helen was really proactive in contacting us and was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. clear instructions for checking in were provided along with some useful guidance on the area. House was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay for a family of five. Very close to he marina for a lovely stroll, bars, restaurants and shops.

Sarah was very responsive and flexible in catering for our changing requirements Overall Sarah was exemplary

The house was ideal for our Christmas guests. Louise and Barry could not have been more helpful and kind and we loved the Christmas decorations!!

Roz’s home was pristine. Great amenities, great location and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Working from home was also super convenient with very fast internet. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house full of amazing amenities and set in a gorgeous location. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and the perfect environment for a larger group of people. Highly recommend it if you ever come to this area.

Excellent amenities if a little out of the way although car journeys into Bristol and other destinations were not too onerous. The facilities were first class. Richard replied immediately to my comments. In fact the best host instructions and responses we have encountered.

I’m giving a 5 star review because Russell has been so patient , friendly and lovely to deal with . Due to illness we finally had to cancel the whole week, so can’t comment on the accommodation , but Russell couldn’t have been more helpful and patient as we tried to sort ourselves out . We absolutely intend to ‘try again’ as Russell’s is the perfect location for us and the house looks great and just what we want. We are simply hoping for better luck next time!
