Fully winterized cottage on a flat property with a large grass lawn, a sandy beach and a long half covered, half open dock for deeper swimming and relaxing among the tranquil scenery. The cottage dock has perfect exposure and gets sun all day long - you can't beat those pristine sunset views. After the day is done, chill out in your hot tub on the deck year round and finish the night making s'mores outside over the fire pit. The cottage is just a 5-minute drive to Haliburton.

Newly custom built, 4-season waterfront Cottage on 20 acres in beautiful “Land O Lakes”. The cottage sits on a crystal-clear, spring-fed lake about 5 km in length. Palmerston lake offers excellent fishing for smallmouth bass as well as lake trout and pan fish. Our lake system is extreamly clean, weed free and excellent for swimming, boating, fishing and more. The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting on the screened in porch or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . Satellite tv as well.
