This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. The studio is in a safe, charming, and quiet location 10 minutes from downtown, MUSC, and CofC. You will have access to our outdoor living space and dining area, as well as a parking spot in our driveway. The studio is fully furnished with a small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, and cookware.
