Our stay at Ann’s farm was so so beautiful. We loved the lake and the view. We had such a good time and Jock (their dog) was such a good host as well. Ann and Kevin were very accommodating and made our stay very memorable. We will definitely visit again.

A Peaceful Paradise: The Perfect Getaway Upon arrival, we were greeted with the delicious smell of fresh bread and freshly cooked Anzac biscuits. It's the little touches that make an experience special, and Paul and Janet have truly mastered it. This property is absolutely stunning! The studio is beautifully appointed with immaculate attention to detail throughout. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect retreat, with private dams, beautiful walking paths, and abundant wildlife—we were delighted to spot kangaroos in the morning and evening. Paul and Janet were exceptional hosts—warm, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating without being intrusive. They've created something truly special here and their passion for providing guests with a memorable experience is evident in every aspect of the property. If you're considering booking this place, don't hesitate—it's an 11/10 experience that you won't forget.

It was great to arrive and find a couple of lights on incase we arrived late. The house was easy to find and the key safe was in a great location. As we walked inside the long passage had some doors running off to 3 large bedrooms and a shared bathroom, the main bedroom had an ensuite that had a very large bath tub in. The beds were soft and the linen was very clean. The house is large and has a beautiful back garden area with a large bird feeder. (take a small packet of bird seed and put in the rotating wheel). The views from the balcony are of nice bush land. The house has a very large common area and the kitchen has everything that you need. Thank you Deb for a loverly house. Warm regards Gary

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed here and my heart is just so full being able to spend time with my loved one in such a beautiful house in the most beautiful location. The view is perfect, the trees are perfect, the house is comfortable and gorgeous. Having a BBQ, a pool and fireplace just ticks all the boxes. I want to make this my regular holiday home. A fabulous weekend catching up with friends. The home was sensational and set out with everything needed to enjoy a great night in and a breakfast cook up. The spa was a bonus for those of us who did a charity 30 km walk through the hills in the area. Definitely will be back.

I'd highly recommend Stephanie's country cottages to anyone looking for a peaceful bush getaway. A friendly and gracious host, we felt right at home straight away and the cottage was lovely and comfortable. The garden is a fantastic place to do some star gazing, then have a copy fire to warm back up. Just loved it. Thank you for having us Stephanie!

We enjoyed a great working stay at Robyn’s place. The home was very clean and tidy with great rooms for everyone, excellent heating and cooling, and it was close to the centre of Bendigo for all the beautiful parks and restaurants and other things to do. Thanks Robyn :) We would love to stay again when we head that way.

I have just enjoyed a wonderful 7 night stay at Maryann and Paul's lovely cottage in Hepburn. Check in was very easy with the lock box outside and from the moment I stepped inside I knew I had chosen the right place for my holiday. Maryann had baked some delicious cookies which went down well with a cup of coffee. The cottage has everything you need and is very modern and was spotlessly clean. Most of all I had the best sleep I have had in a long time thanks to the extremely comfortable bed. Coming from a busy city, the silence at night is sheer bliss. I am certainly going to miss it. I loved seeing kangaroos in the street when driving back from dinner at night. 2 were even in the yard behind my car. Whilst it was a little bit cold to sit outside in the evenings, I did manage this for one night on one of the 2 warmer evenings I experienced. What a great little space it would be for summer evenings with a bottle of wine! Maryann was very responsive to any requests I had.
