Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

A small place to stay when travelling for work or visiting the area. Approximately 300 yards from Bentley Wood nature reserve. It’s a cosy cabin with very basic appliances/cups/bowls/dishes etc in the centre of a tiny village. There is a microwave, a 2 place countertop hob. A little fridge freezer. A bathroom with sink and shower. Towels provided I have had a couple poor reviews as there is nothing to do in the area, so ideal for a quiet stay!!! There is of course WiFi, tv, and board games.

The guest Suite is attached to the main property. There is an internal door separating the two, which is locked from both sides. Double aspect bedroom and living space with comfortable king sized bed. Private bathroom with shower cubicle. Well equipped kitchenette but no oven, with dining table, Private off road parking and property entrance. Located 6 minute drive to Newbury town and 1 minute walk to closest bus stop. 8 minute drive to Newbury Race course. 8 minute junction 13 M4.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds
