Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The service was fantastic from start to end. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The room was quaint and original suiting the lovely building it was in. Lovely pool area. The room was immaculately cleaned and pulled down for the evening. Lovely touch with the Easter bunny chocolates. Definitely recommend , thank you!!

Charming Stay with a Lovely Host We spent one night at De Oude Herberg Guesthouse and had a wonderful experience. The guesthouse is full of old-world charm and very well kept, offering a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The room was spotless, comfortable. A special mention to Katherine, the host—she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience feel personal and memorable. Stunning location with easy access to West Coast National park, a fantastic area for braais, amazing sunsets, and stargazing. Would definitely recommend a friend to stay.

Blue Bay Lodge… just WOW. I can't stop thinking about what an amazing time we had. The whole team there is just incredible - Tracey Lee, Deveney, Tieka, Larishka, Yusef, Bonga, and Nomini made us feel so welcome from the second we walked in. Not in that over-the-top hotel way, but just genuinely lovely people who took such good care of us. Nothing was too much trouble (thanks again for the Uno cards!) Had some great chats with Yusuf (he’s a legend) and Bonga, the cocktail master himself. Still dreaming about the flavours!! The food? Absolute standout. Those oysters were insane, and don't even get me started on the mussels - seriously next level stuff. And Nomini, your service and friendly character made everything even more special. It’s so amazing to be in a place where you don’t want for anything else. Already plotting our next trip back (literally started planning in the car on the way home 😂). If you're thinking about staying here, just do it. You won't regret it!

We stayed at Wanderlust for two nights. Lizaan welcomed us with a friendly smile and showed us the unit. What a pleasure it was chatting with her. It is a peaceful and well appointed flatlet. Lizaan has thought of everything. It is also priced well. We can highly recommend it.
