Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

It was a lovely for couples , we enjoyed a lot, he considered the customers in all aspects,he provides everything what we wanted especially all the utilities and food items . We just loved it

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is one of the best we've slept in. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very close to beautiful walks and amenities. Only slight negative was the noise early in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast for the BandB guests in the main residence but we were not put off by this. We will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic weekend break in Woolacombe! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and local shops—and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, well-equipped, and a great base to explore the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful accommodation, very tastefully furnished and comfortable. Village location was great with walks and pubs in easy reach. Only downside for us was nowhere really to let the dogs out of the door, had to walk them to the meadow.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Ideal location for walking into town and along the river. The appartment had everything we needed, well equipped, home from home.

Combe Martin was much quieter than we remember from our last visit but was so easy to get to Ilfracombe and other places we wanted to visit. Found great places to eat and drink close by in the village, amazing walks and views and locals were all so friendly. The house was just perfect with everything we needed. It was excellent to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for my Mum, who is a bit unsteady on her feet. The log burner was easy to use and incredibly efficient, a lovely way to end the day. The kitchen was really well designed. Nic and Rick were really responsive and the check in and out was straightforward and very relaxed. Thanks Nic and Rick for a perfect weekend stay!

We loved staying here. It is clean, and in a picturesque location. Lots of nice walks near by, close to Lynton and Lynmouth, lots to do locally. Check in and out was easy. The cabin is up a steep incline and parking is tight. The site is accessed via a steep decline. It’s close to a river too. We had our 1 yr old with us, and the cabin is very child friendly, except no high-chair, so we ordered a travel one to the local post office. Bring your own towels, as the ones provided do not get changed, we stayed for a week. We ran out of loo roll too, and the only shops open past 6pm are miles away, we messaged our host and we were given more rolls within the hour. We visited the valley of rocks, the cliff railway, watersmeet, and arlington court, all are local. The cottage Inn is great, lovely food and staff, book in advance it gets busy. We would visit again.

We had a great time staying in Port Gaverne, wonderful being able to walk to the beach at the end of the road. The house was lovely and we enjoyed using the fire in the Autumn evenings. Gerry was very helpful and responded to any queries quickly, thank you!

Toni-Ann was an excellent host from the moment we booked. She was quick to respond and so helpful. The property was exceptional, even better than the photos. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, decor and landscaping were the best I’ve seen in an Airbnb. We loved the layout of the property and the spacious rooms and smart bathrooms. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub. In the local area there was plenty to see and do. We went to Bude, Boscatle and Tintagel as well as just enjoying relaxing at the house. Great gas bbq which was really clean and all utensils were there for us to use. Highly recommend booking this beautiful, modern, well organised property with a brilliant host. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic find, we will be back for sure! The place was immaculate, I’ve never stayed in such a clean place. The children enjoyed feeding the animals, and playing on the slides and swings. We bought some burgers and sausages on site and they were lovely and very reasonable. Cottage had every essential you could need, very very well stocked in the kitchen with quality utensils and pots and pans (makes such a difference). An absolute gem of a place, will be sure to recommend to friends and family

What a comfortable place! It was really well appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. Wendy is very friendly and helpful too. I especially liked the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner provided (the bottles can be refilled too) and the availability of a compost pot for food waste. We really could have stayed a month if we did not have to get back. The view over the estuary from the bedroom is beautiful and constantly changing with the tide, light and weather. The place is really quiet too, I was concerned that there might be road noise from the nearby bridge but there was remarkably little even when outside the property and none at all inside

We had a great week at Emma’s place. It was perfect for a get together for a family of 10 and 2 dogs. The house was perfect for our needs, clean, beautifully furnished, loads of space and a well equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook. We made use of the bbq and fire pit and outdoor seating area as well. It is a great location for walks down the Tarka Trail and into town, as well as an easy drive to Saunton and Croyd beaches. We would definitely recommend Emma’s place to anyone looking for a North Devon base to explore.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this place, the quality of the accommodation, the best we have ever encounter, in however many years we have been in AirBnBs. The quality of the finish was off the scale, but the best superlative has to be for the view, its is simply stunning, I am so jealous of them, waking up to the view! every day! In the summer it will be great to have your morning brew or evening GnT on the patio, looking at that view, you will never tire of it! Salina could not be more helpful, giving us information on beaches and places to go and eat. By the way the local Chinese is excellent as well!! The location is great, the pool was fab, shame it was May not August, but still great. It's just the best place we have stayed in .......even!! Book it, you will not be disappointed!!

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

We loved staying here. The view was amazing and the photos didn’t do it justice. We received really helpful instructions on how to get there by car as the hill is slightly tricky to navigate but that is to be expected! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Thanks for having us, was a lovely stay. Anchors Away is a great space that is beautifully done, spotlessly clean and with quality finishes/equipment. Lovely having the outdoor area. Great spot for Torquay and Paignton. And loved the fudge - a really nice touch and treat!

Great base for visiting local area. Stephen and Fee took care of Everything and let us know all that we needed to know. Pub close by, and down the road from the beach and more restaurants, and ferry to Padstow. Great apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Tors Park. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfect for the two of us and our dog. It felt like a real home away from home. While we were slightly disappointed that there weren’t any welcome touches for our dog, especially considering the additional pet fee - and that access to the sauna and plunge pool came at an extra cost, these were only minor drawbacks. We also encountered a few hiccups with the check-in process and locating our apartment after a long six-hour journey, which could have been smoother. That said, we truly enjoyed our time at Tors Park and would absolutely love to return, the views alone are worth every penny. Lynmouth is breathtakingly beautiful and offered the perfect escape from city life.

A fabulous gem tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the main Barbican high street. A two minute walk from the great restaurants and pubs, we recommend the pizzas in the Barbican Pasta Bar & The Village Restaurant for the best Dover Sole! Charles our host was very friendly and responded to any questions quickly. The flat had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and well decorated.
