We accept stag do's, hen do's, graduation parties & families. Bournemouth itself is beautiful, with sandy beaches to enjoy, beach bars offering great family meals and quirky cocktails! As well as multiple activities like volleyball nets, beach gyms (free to use), beach saunas, and of course sea swimming!

Heart of the Town Centre. 5 minutes walk to beach.

Hidden away in the middle of the town centre, This large house is ideal for a maximum of 8 people who wish to have plenty of room and not feel cramped. The Kitchen has a Smeg Range Cooker and an American French door fridge freezer. The house is huge and gorgeous! Parts of the house are very retro which add to its charm. All the bedrooms are a great size. The old servants bells are a lot of fun and there are plenty of TV's and a Sonos music system so you can get high quality music on demand!

Quaint circa 17th Century Cottage, Topsham, Devon.

Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
