The house was very clean and upgraded. Freezer has automatic ice maker. Coffee pot and coffee available (not pods thankfully). There are 5 TVs 😳. With Roku. Lots of shade and privacy in the back yard, even with close neighbors. Two seating areas outside, one with a fire pit and one with outdoor lighting. Plus the screen patio with seating for 4 but room for a couple more. Charcoal grill (BYO charcoal). The only thing I would point out are the stairs. A few up to the entrance and it’s a split level so a few up to the rooms. We managed fine but just a thing to keep in mind for others - no way around those. Plenty of guest towels.

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

I absolutely loved staying at this air bnb. Everything is pristine, and looks exactly like the pictures. Felt right at home, and got lots of rest. Hosts were very proactive and responsive. I will definitely book this air bnb again when returning to ATL.

Angelenna’s place was clean, comfortable and cozy and it smells amazing! Angelenna was very helpful and responsive, will definitely book again!

We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.

Our family is huge and had just experienced a devastating loss. Many family members were in town and we needed a place last minute with some flexibility for check out. Jason was phenomenal and treated us like his own family! He was truly a godsend in a moment of need. I am saving this home for all our other family gatherings!

It was like a treehouse-green and bird view through the back windows-peaceful. Quiet area with million dollar homes, surrounded this place. Nice to take a walk to the park! TVs in each room. Bed was comfy.

This was my familiy's very first Airbnb experience and it was great and has made a lasting impression! The check-in was beyond easy and we were given real time instruction from our host Nattalie. She took steps to make everything so easy and we even took her suggestion for a breakfast place and loved it! The place looked exactly like the pics online. There was an issue with the HVAC system and she easily remedied this. All in all this was great and we will definitely use Airbnb again if it's anything like the experience Nattalie provided.

The BNB was super cute and cozy; exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue. Great location only about 15-20 minutes to everything. The stay was great and I would definitely book again!

My fiancé and I absolutely fell in love with Katie’s space! From the moment we booked until the second we checked out, Katie went above and beyond — she was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home every step of the way. The space itself was the perfect combination of roomy and cozy, a true home away from home that we instantly felt comfortable in. Self check in was smooth. It had everything we could have needed, and the location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from Marietta Square, amazing restaurants, charming shops, and a quick, easy drive to nearby cities like Atlanta. Check out was smooth, no hassles at all. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to staying here again! We cannot recommend Katie’s place highly enough. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! 😊

This was my FIRST time using Airbnb so I was SUPER nervous. Marcela was extremely helpful, flexible and responsive even before booking with answering any questions I had. The place is super cute and clean. There were games (my son loved that), a small wine collection, snacks, water and little amenities available when we arrived. The only issue I had which is out of the host’s control is there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood so it doesn’t look the best but you can see the potential. Also, a neighbor is another house next door loves playing his music. Sometimes I enjoyed it because I love a good music break and he had good tunes but it was loud and started at 9am. Overall when I’m in ATL again I will be using one of Marcela’s homes. Definitely worth it.

This was a charming unit in Midtown. Accessible to neighborhood amenities and restaurants. Great location if you are in ATL for a show or sporting event.

Kelly was super helpful, the place was good, clean, the instructions were clear, the schedule was flexible, she was super nice.

Second time in the lovely apparement of Debra and Denis. I enjoyed every moment ! The location is perfect, in the middle of a park, with the city centre easily accessible by bike. The neighborhood is amazing with a grocery and restaurants close by. Debra and Denis care for you feeling at home. A must!

This Was One Of The Most Amazing AirBnb Experiences Ive Ever Had. Our Host Extremely Understanding And Hospitable. The Place Was Completely Amazing From The Drive through The Gates Up To The Point Where You Lay Your Head Is Almost Nostalgic. The Bed Was Comfortable, the Place Was Extremely Sleek In Design and Very Clean. Did I Mention The Community Was Very Nice! We had to cancel our other Airbnb due to safety reasons and false advertisement. We were left stranded! We Explained To Our Host about our Situation and She accommodated us. Ms. April was A Blessing And Made My Surprise Birthday Catering event. Even That More Special With Her Great Attitude. This Air Bnb Was A Deal For Such Low Price But To Be Honest VERY Underated! This Needs To Be Corrected And Given ALOT more Value Based On The Quality Of This Host Property. I would Definitely Book Here Again And This Was A Moment In Our Lives We Will Cherish Forever! Thank You!

Molly's home was very spacious and comfortable. More than enough space. My sisters and I arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check in early and get a later checkout time. Molly was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. Lovely home. Can't wait to book in the spring and summer time to utilize the pool area.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

This was the best home to celebrate my birthday. The home was inviting giving my guests and I enough room to be together yet have our own space. Everything about this house was perfect. I would definitely love to rent it again! The owner was kind and helpful at every turn. I can not thank him enough!

We stayed here for a family Christmas gathering and it was just right! There are 4 bedrooms/2baths upstairs and another bedroom and half bath downstairs. Nice and spacious gathering areas perfect for our family Christmas. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water available. It is located alongside 2 busy streets so there was some traffic noise. However the location was perfect for us and was easy to get to various sights/museums/etc.

Byron’s place was truly beautiful and I would definitely come back! He was so responsive when it came to any questions:) I had a very nice time!

The house was spacious, beautiful, organized, and clean and was one of the best that we've stayed in to date. I DO wish that the hosts would allow more than 10 people as the house can hold more. 😁 The hosts, communicated thoroughly, promptly, and regualry regardless of the time of the day. They also looked to accomodate in every way possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We recommend the home as well as Melanie and Sue as hosts. Looking forward to staying here again in the future as the house and location was awesome.
