The king room is our smaller economical option at 220 sq. ft. It's made for travelers to save money and doesn't face the ocean. We also have 450 sq. ft. studios & oceanfront suites for just a bit more. We're a small historic boutique hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach, 60 ft from the ocean. We have a rooftop terrace and 2nd fl terrace. We have free beach gear, free WiFi, and $10+tx/day parking for a small or midsize car. The main guest MUST be 25+ so families don't have to worry about parties.

Relax in the quiet, tropical surrounds of this charming one room wooden Casita on the grounds of Culebra's #1 guest house-Casa Resaca-as designated by TripAdvisor. The Casita is a large, bright, spacious room with private patio, private attached full bath, queen size bed, AC, mini fridge, WiFi, and beach towels. A lovely alternative to a room in the main house. There is a refreshing mini plunge pool that is shared by just 3 other guest rooms.

Terra Foc, designer boutique hotel and ocean views

Terra Lodge is a small boutique hotel with only two identical rooms: Terra Foc and Terra Aire. The hotel has a private pool exclusively for the guests of these two rooms. Next to the pool there is a "ranch" with kitchen and terrace, where have breakfast (on request $15 per person and includes juice, coffee, fruit plate, eggs, avocado and toast). 4x4 might be needed if it's wet, on the 75 meters ramp to the hotel. Usually it's not.
