Waterfront Condo ON the Intracoastal. Great views!

Beautiful updated 1 bedroom condo, located right on the Intracoastal! Awesome views of super yachts and boats going by from inside the unit! Wi-fi included. DirectTV on both TV's (living room and bedroom). Central A/C, pay-per use laundry facilities available. Heated pool and several propane BBQ's on site as well. Beach is a very short 4 min walk. We have beach chairs and towels for you to use as well. Several great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are within walking distance!

Our cathedral ceiling Condo offers everything you might wish for - Complete Kitchen , Master Bedroom, Full Bathroom, Sleeping Loft with two twin beds and Half Bath. Also Central AC, Free WiFI, and Organic bed sheets and Organic bath amenities, and use of a kayak. Why not consider a two bedroom condo renting for the price of a one bedroom.

Captiva Island Bayside vacation rental condo. Pool, beach, tennis, WiFi. 1 bedroom/2 bathrooms. 2 full beds in the bedroom. Spacious living room, dining area and full kitchen. Everything nicely updated. Private screened lanai with water views of the marina and bay just beyond. Short walk over to the sandy beaches. Rent a golf cart and get around the resort easily as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Full resort access not available. Association pool, hot tub, nearby beach always included.
