Place was great and had all we needed. The location was fantastic. It’s close enough but also far enough away from it all. The vicinity to the water was great for those morning coffee walks. Need a quiet getaway, this is the place to do it.

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

I had an incredible stay at this Venice Beach Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect — just a short walk to the beach, shops, and amazing restaurants, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The space was beautifully designed, super clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved having coffee out on the patio in the mornings. Communication with the host was easy and friendly — they provided great local recommendations and made sure I felt welcome from the moment I booked. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing spot in Venice!

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

Bruce was a great host. During the booking process informative and responsive. Manhattan Beach is beautiful, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Having the basketball courts steps away from the property made our kids visit.

Very clean, very firm bed, very quiet area. Close to South Bay Beach community. (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Kings Harbor) Also easy travel to SoFi Stadium and The COSM. Bo , left us snacks and coffee pods, and texted us to be sure everything was ok, very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to sleep and easy access to the surrounding area attractions.

We booked this location last minute. Hank and Kimberlyanna were quick to respond and give us access to the property. Perfect location! Beach is right across the street. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. House has a good vibe. Comfortable and cozy. Livingroom opens up to patio with a beautiful view! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun, walkable location.

This home exceeded all expectations in a variety of different ways. I am a fanatic about old charm, intriguing decor and comfort in any property I rent for my leisure & personal travel. This is my favorite hole so far and Peter was a wonderful host. His personality and worldly experiences were really evident in his place & I loved it. I will be back! My doodle adored the back yard and I was grateful to have both the indoor and outdoor spaces be so enjoyable. It was a great combination for our stay.
