large property which was perfect for our needs whilst in Nottingham. Basic but clean and had responsive host. We would return to this property.

Perfect location for the Lincoln 10K - right by the starting line! The place was clean and comfortable, exactly what I needed for race day. It's a bit of a walk to the city centre but manageable. Couldn't find the hairdryer and host was a bit hard to reach, but pretty minor stuff. Would totally book again for next year's race! 👟

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e non possiamo che esprimere il nostro entusiasmo! L'host è stato sempre gentilissima e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e facendo in modo che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. L'appartamento è veramente carino, pulito e ben arredato, con un tocco moderno che si nota in ogni dettaglio, dato che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La posizione è davvero ottima: in una zona vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e ai trasporti pubblici, il che lo rende ideale per esplorare la città. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

Daniel was great at communicating and was really accommodating with us needing to check in early. The room was clean and tidy and served the purpose for us.

Great location, secure car park which is great for workers with vans. overall a good stay. couldn't of got a better place.

This was a working stay so location was a primary concern to get to and fro from the Newark Showgrounds. Parking was easy which is not the case will many accommodations. There were 2 pubs, one directly below the room and one a 2 min walk. The Inn on the Green had consistent hours and a larger menu. This was a safe community. For solo travelers this would be a great location.

Very lucky to have found this gem of a property at short notice. Moving house with a young baby and needed a bridging home so to speak - for a week. The host is very responsive to all communications, very very helpful and accommodating to small changes and the property itself is excellent. Really same and cosy, they had a Christmas tree set up with the lights on. Felt right at home straight away. Highly highly recommend . Thank you

This was a last-minute stopover after returning from Scotland on my way back to Surrey. Lucy & Stuart’s place was so relaxing and welcoming. My daughter so enjoyed the jacuzzi. This place is worth spending at least three days enjoying the countryside surroundings and taking trips to Hull and York. The garden with the fabulous pool and jacuzzi is a great place to soak up some sun or sit and have a cup of tea. I will ensure this is where we will stop again when we return to Scotland for the summer.

Be sure to verify access code and street address via the easy to use messaging system in advance. John was quick to respond and the place is what it advertises to be.

This was the first time I had stayed at Jade's place and I really enjoyed it. The apartment was spotlessly clean and considering it was near shops, bars and the seafront it was lovely and quiet. On one occasion I had to get in touch with Jade and she got back to me right away. I know the area so I was a bit concerned about parking but I didn't find that to be an issue at all! There are certain times when it is free to park on the street however if you have to use the nearby pay and display car park it is not overly expensive. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cleethorpes.

Spacious apartment, amenities very close by. Only a short walk to the beach and pier.

Ryan is excellent in hosting. He was welcoming and friendly. His place is very spacious, super clean and equipped with all things necessary. And the view of the city from his balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended!
