Comfy, coxy, clean. In a quite neighborhood and bigger in the inside! Didnt have to worry about anybody tripping over one another because there is plenty of space to spread out. Easy to find things and great for a pretty sizable group to make dinner and play cards without being squeezed together!

If I think about Lake Tahoe for sure Tom’s place would be the place I could think of going. The place was accessible to ski lifts and also to the heavenly village. We had a great with my family staying on his place. I highly recommend Tom’s place for sure.

When I found this gem online, there were over 500 - 5-star reviews so I had to book! When we arrived, we could absolutely see why. The grounds are beautiful with lovely landscaping, multiple sitting areas to enjoy and charming lighting throughout the landscaping to enjoy on nice evenings. Inside the cottage, Bill and Paul did not spare a single detail - from a very comfortable bed with super soft linens, to a fully stocked kitchen with multiple treats, drinks and fresh baked goods, to very thoughtful touches throughout the place. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. The location is perfect for a short walk into town or up the hill to Ironstone Vineyards. If you're considering a visit to Murphys, don't think twice about booking this cottage. We will definitely be returning!

This cabin is perfect for a ski trip to Heavenly or a trip to the lake or downtown South Lake Tahoe. Location is super central and walkable, just a five minute or less walk to the shuttle to Heavenly, 20 minute walk to the marina, and 1.5 miles to the casinos in South Lake Tahoe. The place is small but cozy. Everything was super clean and tidy. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door so it gets a bit cold at night due to the lack of insulation, but the heater works great so it’s not a big deal. Maybe bring an extra blanket tho if you think about it. Megan is super responsive and helpful and overall is a great host. I highly recommend this cabin for a ski trip or a trip to the lake.

Justin’s condo was the perfect winter retreat for a couple and their Labradors. We had a wonderful ski trip that allowed us to walk to the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. The condo is at the top floor and up several flights of stairs. It definitely took our breath away but it was worth it being on the top floor. The view was great. We loved having vaulted ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated a real coffee maker and not a Keurig. Justin was a great host. He was quick to respond to my messages and was very friendly. We hope to visit again soon!

This is how it should be... direct contact with a responsive owner who is sharing their personal home. (not a corporate rental!) Chris always answered quickly when we had a question. Location was great for those who prioritize skiing and relaxing. View from balcony of Lake Tahoe was amazing! Shared hot tub just down the stairs and across the parking lot was great after skiing. Full kitchen to cook meals was wonderful, and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you Chris!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed in this complex before and come up often for kids sports. The location of the complex can't be beat, and the lakeside access, fire pits, and grounds are great. This unit had really nice lake views and was really close to club house and lake. Very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 5 kids. The loft is a great bonus for kids. Beats staying in a hotel 100%!!

Murphys is one of our favorite getaway spots for the weekend and this location is ideal if you're looking to walk to the local shops and restaurants. The home provided everything we needed and we are excited about coming back again next year! Michael was extremely responsive and provided us with everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to all the buzz around town. The house he very clean and had the basics! I highly recommend staying here!
