The home was perfect, it was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our home away from home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home--pool, hot tub, tvs, arcade, putting green, fire pit, games, sitting areas, keurig, room to spread out. The home was very clean and all the appliances were in working order. Decor of the home was so bright and cheerful. Clear instructions were provided days before checking in to when we had to check out. The neighborhood was quiet and a short distance away from all the things we wanted to do in Sacramento. Now the host, wow, Rashad was above and beyond an exceptional host, very responsive and helpful for any questions or help we needed. I highly recommend him and this home, and will absolutely love to return in a future visit. Thank you Rashad, this was a truly wonderful stay.

Fawsia's place was amazing. Her and her husband Ash are wonderful people who greeted us when we arrived with their lovely extremely friendly dog Max. The place inside is beautifully designed with wonderful African art. We felt at peace and welcomed in this space and very appreciative of them to open up their one of a kind sanctuary to spend the weekend at. Whenever we have an activity to attend in Elk grove we will stay again. Wonderful people and atmosphere. Everything was perfect.

The house was clean and well-stocked with supplies that helped make for a convenient weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood and a nice backyard area to hangout.

Fong Chi was responsive when we couldn't enter the home due to a mistakely transposed number for check-in. Error's happen, so I was thankful for his very timely reply. He also reached out to us when he received a notification of wi-fi issues. His home layout is a well thought-out design, and it has everything you need while away from yours. The surroundings of the home felt safe, and it was clean. This is most important to me. The pool temperature was chilly, and it was unfortunate the weather didn't cooperate so to entice us to brave the cold plunge. On a nice day, it would be refreshing and you would find yourself enjoying all the exterior amenities provided. While we mostly enjoyed our stay, there was an unfortunate occurrence x2. There is a neighbor dog that is left outside on his backyard patio just behind the master suite, and another dog from a neighbor in front. None of us slept well both nights due to very late night continuous barking. Rare? Otherwise, 5 stars all around!

This was our second time staying in Bill’s place. Bill is proactive, responsive, and communicated well before and throughout our stay. The location of his home is great. There is lots to do and the location is also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Between the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and hiking near the river, our family has a blast.

Amazing stay at the Oasis. Everything was clean and the house had everything for a great stay. We had a special party for our son and the open family room and huge kitchen island and seating was great. As well as the outdoor spaces offering comfortable seating.

Very beautiful home! Pricey but you definitely get what you pay for! Very much worth the money! We will be back!

We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Host communicated clearly and left out a couple items for us to enjoy in the kitchen- appreciated the extra touches. The host was flexible for a last minute booking which really got us out of a jam. The extra little thoughtful items and such a clean space was extra meaningful. Very thankful. ❤️

Clean place, within walking to midtown, host flexible with changing checkin/checkout times, easy in/out door lock - would recommend to anyone in Sac!

Beautiful Home! I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend ! The backyard set up was very beautiful and the hot tub was very relaxing :) this home has everything you need and stores are just down the street, everything is super close and very convenient 10/10 recommend

It was a perfect place to stay! Located right by good restaurants shopping and in a private little area. The home had everything we needed and especially had a fenced in backyard since we had our two corgis with us . I will be sure to recommend them to family and friends will come to visit. This place was great for a short weekend stay in Midtown. It’s far enough away from the busier areas but still close enough to walk. The backyard space is great for pets or to just be able to hang out and enjoy the trees. Everything was very easy to access and in great condition!

Great place for an overnight. Convenient, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Lovely home in a perfect location.

Eli’s Wanderlost house was very nice to stay at. We had plenty of room and everything you could think of was there at the house. It had an enclosed backyard, which was wonderful since we have two corgis. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay in a perfect location. Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

Johannes’ property was amazing! Very cozy, clean and very comfortable. It made us feel right at home. Quick responses to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Mike's listing was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Extremely comfy, very lovely up to date kitchen, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless when we had arrived and the check in was easy and fast. A very big selling point was the patio, it felt very nice and secluded and the peacocks and view while having a nice cup of coffee in the morning was a great way to start the day. Mike himself was very quick to respond to any questions and keeps the property up to date and very clean. All of this without gouging the bank account for me and my friends made the trip absolutely amazing.

What a hidden gem in Sacramento's Curtis Park. My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this roomy, stylish townhouse. From the murals to the tribal art to the whimsical sculptures, we loved Leah's decor choices! The place was spotless, easy to access, in a classy, safe neighborhood. Short walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

Alfonso was definitely a great host. The place was nice and very clean once I arrived. Any questions that I had we was there to answer within minutes. I'd definitely book with him again if his place is available when I come back to visit
