Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Within walking distance to the town centre, Chapman’s Cottage has 2 master bedrooms with queen size beds, and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Retreat to the sitting room, perfect for adult conversation and a glass of red in front of the wood fire while the rest of your group enjoy the activities and free wifi in the family room. Come together in the country kitchen for meals. Walk in the beautiful cottage garden, pick fresh fruit and spend the evening around the fire pit under the stars.

Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

Pretty, light, cosy, comfortable cottage. Set in beautiful cottage gardens and backing on to Gloucester National Park, the walking/biking options are endless. Open plan living area, Smart TV and Wifi. Enjoy the restful bedroom with queen bed, fine cotton sheets, quality bedding and lovely view over the garden. In the luxurious bathroom you can soak in the antique claw foot bath or shower in the seperate cubicle. Heated towel rail, a range of toiletries and Egyptian cotton towels are provided.

It has four bedrooms, and it can sleep 6 people. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. It is only 50 metres from a small supermarket, two local cafes and only 5 kms from Golden Valley Tree Park and it has incredible walks surrounding the house. No pets as there are baits in the area.Linen and towels are provided.

We’ve done a Reno on the gazebo on the lake so you’ll be able sit down and enjoy a wine overlooking the water. You can take a dip in the lake , paddle the kayak or try your luck to catch a red fin. Take an morning /evening stroll around the orchard and vegie patch and visit the ponies and horses.
