Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. The small but very comfortable, eco-friendly space with beautiful views in almost every direction is also perfect as a romantic getaway or quiet retreat for travellers. This unique home was a labour of love built by your hosts. It has all the wonderful atmosphere that lime rendered straw bale creates - undulating walls and deep windows overlooking the bushland.

A Taste of Tiny Living : Tiny Studio

This tiny studio has its own covered outdoor table and chairs within a lovely garden area and front door access from the front courtyard. Smart Tv on wall. The kitchenette hidden away in the cupboard has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is also a gas cooker in the outdoor area. Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!

The Ultimate Retro Beach Shack

Our beach shack is located approximately 10km from the centre of Bremer Bay town and overlooks Short Beach. You can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes and views from the house are some of the best on the whole peninsula. PLEASE NOTE: We only take bookings 6 months in advance as this is our family holiday home. If the calendar appears booked out beyond this point, it's because we're not taking bookings yet. Please don't ask to reserve spots further in advance than this.
