Chic Beach Side Retreat on Marine Parade

I’m sure many of you will be in need of a break away so …. if you are seeking a quiet and private space for your visit to beautiful Mount Maunganui then the recently renovated Beachside Retreat offers just that and more. The studio is perfect for quiet couples, solo travellers and business people. Safe and secure, the studio is bathed in morning and late afternoon sun so is cosy and warm. Heat pump for your comfort whatever the season. Beautiful Mount beach is just across the road. Beach gear available on request. Perfectly positioned to walk into town or stop along the way at some top cafes and restaurants. Back to the studio and you transition from the large deck through sliding glass doors to an interior that's designed for total relaxation. Refresh in a sparkling white bathroom and soak in a designer bathtub before bedtime. Kitchenette for tea and coffee making, microwave and small bar fridge. No cooktop. For your arrival there is a selection of NZ tea’s, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, milk and juice in the studio. On-site parking available for one car. Big screen smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and the usual free to air streaming. Fast high speed unlimited WIFI. A five minute walk to Central Parade shops, Fife Lane Restaurant, Tay Street Cafe and Store, Bay Oval and Blake Park. Also a handy five minute drive to Bayfair and Baypark. Enhanced cleaning and sanitising between guests as per Air BnB guidelines. Parking available on site. We (Shirley & Jim) live upstairs with our small dog Louie. We are around if you need a hand, would like some breakfast, dinner or tourist tips. Otherwise, we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. The studio is on Marine Parade, directly opposite Mount Maunganui Beach. Blake Park, Bay Oval, and various shops and great cafes at Central Parade are about a 5-minute walk. It's a quick drive to the Mount, airport, Bayfair Shopping Centre and Trust Power Baypark. Just an hour drive will have you to Whakatane, Rotorua and Hobbiton. Check in and check out times may be adjusted to suit your travel arrangements on request. Luggage drop/storage also available on request.

This new studio apartment has everything needed for a great stay. You will have your own private access, are within walking distance to The Crossing Shopping Centre, and beautiful parks and lakes. Here is your space to unwind and relax with your own luxury bathroom only a short drive from the Tauranga CBD. A lovely two bedroom apartment with kitchette and spacious fully tiled bathroom. Walk two minutes to the beach by the popular Cross Roads surfing spot and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. A lovely courtyard and BBQ area for your exclusive use. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. No additional cleaning charges. This one bedroom spacious guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Recently, renovated with a relaxing neutral beach vibe. Beachside Retreat Guest Studio at The Mount

Studio room (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen and separate entry. Two night minimum. Microwave and single induction element for cooking. We live in the rest of the house. Please check the photos to ensure that this suits. A 2 min walk to the surf beach and Tay St cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 15 min walk to Downtown Mt shopping. Stroll the beach, climb the Mt, enjoy Pilot Bay.

Quiet Muricata in Mt Maunganui

Sunny downstairs flat with separate lounge bedroom and bathroom. One road back from beach and 10minutes to cafe and shops.laundry facilities on request. kitchen in the lounge with microwave and small grill oven and electric frypan available. Own private courtyard off lounge and bedroom and own entrance. Front entrance now with covered patio out the front.
